<p>Thomas Smalley CSCS, USAW is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. In addition to S&C, Tsmalls is a Lead Advocate for the IOCDF (International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation. We discussed the ways in which to not only navigate mental illness in the weight room, but also the importance of being vulnerable to our athletes. Thomas is an inspiring individual who I am sure is adding value to those that he coaches.
