In this episode of SARC Talk, we meet with Dr. Peter Crane, a family physician practicing in rural Idaho, podcaster, and patient living with a rare sarcoma called solitary fibrous tumor (SFT).
Dr. Crane shares his personal experience navigating a rare cancer diagnosis while working within a rural healthcare system, including connecting with a sarcoma center, coordinating care between specialists and his local oncology team, and using telemedicine to help bring specialized care closer to home.

SARC Talk Episode 42 - Dr. Patrick Grohar - SARC037
In this episode of SARC Talk, we welcome Dr. Patrick Grohar, a recognized expert in Ewing sarcoma and the Russell G. Adderley Professor of Pediatric Oncology at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Grohar discusses the development and conduct of SARC037, a phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating trabectedin and low-dose irinotecan to target the EWS::FLI1 transcriptional program in Ewing sarcoma. Following the publication of the SARC037 results in Nature Medicine, we explore what the findings mean and what's next—including the potential development of a follow-up study through the Children's Oncology Group.
