I Am Officially Too Grown for This 😂 | Sass With Faith Ep. 17
There comes a point in life when you realize… I am officially TOO GROWN for this. 😂 Too grown for unnecessary drama.Too grown for staying out late when I know I’m going to need three business days to recover.Too grown for uncomfortable shoes just because they’re cute. And definitely too grown to keep explaining myself to people who already heard me the first time. 😩 In Episode 17 of Sass With Faith, we’re having a little fun with what happens when getting older comes with a whole new appreciation for peace, comfort, wisdom…and minding your business. 😂 Because growing doesn’t always have to be some deep, painful life lesson. Sometimes growth sounds like: “No thank you. I’m going home.” 😂 And there’s a little faith in this too—because wisdom teaches you that everything doesn’t deserve your energy. So here’s the question: What is ONE thing you can officially say you’re too grown for? Sass With FaithReal Talk. Real Faith. Real Life.

Stop Giving People the Benefit of the Doubt | Sass With Faith Ep. 16
How many times can you give someone the benefit of the doubt before the doubt officially leaves the building? 😂 There’s a difference between giving someone grace and repeatedly ignoring what their behavior is showing you. In Episode 16 of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about what happens when mistakes become patterns, when “communication” starts feeling like a PowerPoint presentation, and when seeing the best in somebody causes you to ignore what’s consistently showing up. Because grace does NOT require you to be gullible. You can forgive someone and still pay attention. You can love someone and still need distance. You can pray for someone and still decide they no longer get unlimited access to your life. And sometimes you don’t need another conversation. Sometimes the pattern IS the conversation. So here’s the question: How many chances are too many chances? Tell me in the comments, because I already KNOW y’all have something to say about this one. 👀😂 If this conversation hits home, LIKE, COMMENT & SUBSCRIBE for more Sass With Faith. Real Talk. What If You’re Not Burned Out… You’re Heartbroken? | Sass With Faith Ep. 15
What if you’re not burned out? What if you’re heartbroken? Sometimes rest doesn’t fix the kind of tired that comes from disappointment, grief, unanswered questions, or mourning the life you thought you would have. In this episode of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about the heartbreak that isn’t always connected to a romantic breakup. You can grieve: A friendship that changed. A family relationship that never became what you hoped. A dream that didn’t happen. A prayer that wasn’t answered the way you expected. A future you had already pictured. Or even a version of yourself that you no longer recognize. Sometimes we call it burnout because admitting, “My heart is broken,” feels too vulnerable. But what we refuse to grieve, we often continue to carry. You are allowed to be disappointed and still trust God. You are allowed to grieve what didn’t happen. You are allowed to miss what you had to release. And you are allowed to heal slowly. 💬 Tell me in the comments: Have you ever mistaken heartbreak for burnout? People Call You Strong… But You’re Really Just Surviving | Sass With Faith Ep. 14
Everybody keeps calling you “strong.” But what if you’re not strong… What if you’re just surviving? In this episode of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about the hidden pressure of always being the dependable one—the person everyone leans on while no one asks how you’re really doing. Being strong shouldn’t mean carrying everyone else’s emotional weight. If you’ve ever smiled while falling apart, this conversation is for you. 💬 Let me know in the comments:Have people mistaken your survival for strength? ❤️ If this episode encouraged you, don’t forget to:✔️ Like✔️ Comment✔️ Subscribe✔️ Share it with someone who needs to hear this. I’m Tired of Being the Bigger Person | When Being Mature Becomes Exhausting
Have you ever felt like you’re always the one expected to understand, forgive, apologize, or take the high road? In this episode of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about the emotional exhaustion that comes from constantly being “the bigger person.” At some point, you start asking yourself: Why am I always the one?Why am I always expected to understand? Why am I always the one carrying the emotional weight? Being the bigger person doesn’t mean becoming a doormat. It doesn’t mean tolerating disrespect, abandoning your boundaries, or sacrificing your peace to keep everyone else comfortable. In this episode, we’re having a real conversation about resentment, boundaries, forgiveness, and why some of us are tired of carrying responsibilities that were never ours to carry. If you’ve ever felt overlooked, overextended, or emotionally drained from always being the mature one, this conversation is for you. 💗 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe. #SassWithFaithReal Talk. You Became Too independent
Some of us didn’t become independent because we wanted to. We became independent because we had to. After a while, being strong becomes automatic. Asking for help feels uncomfortable. Trusting people feels risky. Letting someone show up for you feels harder than carrying everything yourself. But maybe the thing that protected you is also the thing that’s keeping people out. New episode of Sass With Faith is up now. 🎥 You Became Too Independent (And Now It’s Hard to Let People In) #SassWithFaith #RealTalkRealFaith

Emotionally Exhausted? You’re Carrying Too Much | Sass With Faith Ep. 11
Some people aren’t lazy. They’re emotionally exhausted. In this episode of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about what happens when you spend so much time carrying everybody else… that you slowly lose yourself in the process. The pressure. The emotional weight. The constant responsibility. The silent exhaustion nobody sees. Because being the “strong one” all the time can drain you more than people realize. And eventually, survival mode starts feeling normal. This episode is for the people who are tired of carrying everyone emotionally while secretly trying to hold themselves together too. You deserve support too. You deserve peace too. And everybody cannot keep becoming your responsibility at the expense of yourself. You Don’t Feel Like You Anymore | Sass With Faith Ep. 10
You didn’t lose yourself overnight. It happened slowly. In the times you stayed quiet when something didn’t feel right. In the moments you settled just to keep the peace. In the decisions where you chose comfort over honesty. In this episode of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about what really happens when you keep settling… and how it slowly changes who you are. This isn’t about blaming anyone else. It’s about recognizing the moments where you started to disconnect from yourself… and what it takes to get back. Because at some point, you have to stop asking why you feel off… and start asking what you’ve been tolerating. You Didn’t Miss the Red Flags… You Ignored Them | Sass With Faith Ep. 9
You didn’t miss the red flags. You saw them. But sometimes we ignore what’s right in front of us because we want things to work… because we’ve invested time… because starting over feels harder than staying. In this episode of Sass With Faith, we’re talking about why we ignore red flags, why we call obvious signs “confusion,” and how avoiding the truth can keep us stuck longer than we should be. This isn’t about judgment. It’s about honesty. Because at some point… you have to stop asking why it keeps happening and start asking why you keep allowing it. If this episode hit home, make sure you like, comment, and subscribe — because this is the kind of real conversation we’re having over here. Sass With Faith. Real Talk. You’re Not Confused… You’re Avoiding the Truth
You keep saying you’re confused…but deep down, you already know the answer. Sometimes it’s not about clarity. It’s about not wanting to accept what the truth is going to cost you. In this episode, we’re getting real about what “confusion” really is—and why avoiding the truth will keep you stuck longer than you need to be. If you’ve been going back and forth, asking for signs, or trying to make something make sense that already showed you it doesn’t… this conversation is for you. Sass With FaithReal Talk. Real Faith. Not Everyone Deserves Access to You
Not everybody deserves access to you—and that’s a hard truth to accept. In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when you give the wrong people too much access to your time, your energy, and your peace. Just because someone has history with you doesn’t mean they have permission to who you are today. If you’ve been feeling drained, overwhelmed, or constantly explaining yourself… it might not be life. It might be the access you’re giving away. Sass With Faith Real Talk. Why Peace Feels.... Wrong
Peace can feel uncomfortable when you’ve been used to chaos. In this episode, we’re talking about why calm feels unfamiliar, how we mistake stability for boredom, and what it really means to choose peace. If you’ve ever questioned something healthy just because it felt different… this is for you. The Lonely Side of Healing Nobody Talks About
Healing is often celebrated — growth, boundaries, transformation. But there’s a side of healing that people don’t talk about enough. Sometimes healing can feel lonely. As you grow, your tolerance changes. Your boundaries become stronger. And sometimes the relationships around you start to shift. In this episode of Sass with Faith, we talk about why healing can feel lonely, why it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you, and how to stay grounded during seasons of personal growth. If you’ve ever felt alone while trying to grow, this conversation is for you. Have you ever experienced loneliness during a season of growth? Why Some of Us Fear Love (And Call It Strength) | Sass With Faith
Some of us say we’re strong. We say we have boundaries. We say we’re protecting our peace. But sometimes what we call “strength” is actually fear. In this episode of Sass With Faith, we talk about how past hurt can make us protect ourselves in ways that keep us from experiencing real love. We build emotional walls, call it growth, and convince ourselves we’re just being wise. But what if fear is disguising itself as strength? Let’s talk about it. Sass With Faith is about real feelings, real faith, and real life.

Stop Overthinking Everything | God Watching Me Overthink
In this episode of Sass with Faith, CAM talks about overthinking — what it looks like, where it comes from, and why it’s so hard to let go of. Sometimes we call it being discerning… but really, we’re just overanalyzing everything. Replaying conversations. Second-guessing decisions. Trying to figure out every outcome before we even take a step. But overthinking isn’t just a habit — it’s often rooted in fear, past experiences, and the need to feel in control. In this episode, we talk about: • Replaying conversations and reading too deep into situations • Fear of being hurt or making the wrong decision • Trying to control outcomes we were never meant to manage • Trusting God without having all the answers • Letting go of overthinking and choosing peace If you’ve ever felt stuck in your thoughts, overwhelmed by “what ifs,” or exhausted from trying to figure everything out — this conversation is for you. You don’t need to understand everything to trust God with it. New episodes every Sunday at 7 PM

Faith Doesn’t Cancel Feelings
In this first episode of Sass with Faith, CAM shares the heart behind why this podcast was created. This is a space for real feelings, real faith, and real life. So many of us love God, but still find ourselves overwhelmed, overthinking, or trying to hold it all together. Somewhere along the way, we were taught that having faith meant not feeling everything — but that’s not the truth. Faith doesn’t cancel feelings. In this episode, CAM opens up about: • The season that led to starting this podcast • Loving God while still feeling tired and uncertain • Why believers need safe spaces to be honest about emotions • Choosing faith without pretending everything is okay If you’ve ever felt like you had to be strong all the time, or struggled silently while still trusting God — this conversation is for you. This is the beginning of healing out loud. New episodes every Sunday at 7 PM.
