Every day the Word of God brings light of the scriptures and glorious life into our world. We can come into the light and access His forgiveness and lead us out of the darkness.

"Rooted: Where is God in Suffering?" | Isaiah 43:1-7 | Rooted SeriesWhen someone says "I know what you're going through," it can bring comfort — or it can feel hollow. Because sometimes the honest answer is: No, you don't. You have no idea what this feels like. And if we're honest, we sometimes wonder that about God too. Where is He when the diagnosis comes? Where is He when we pray and nothing changes? Where is He when someone we love dies? Today we ask the question a lot of people are afraid to say out loud.🎯 Maybe you've been walking through something painful and God has felt completely silent...🎯 Maybe you've prayed for healing, for relief, for a different outcome — and it didn't come...🎯 Maybe it's time to hear what God actually says into the middle of suffering: "Fear not. You're going through something heavy. And in that moment you think: "I just wish God would say something. Not something vague. Not something general. Something clear. Something personal. Something just for me." So you open your Bible — and if we're honest, sometimes it feels like you're just reading words on a page. Which leads to a question that a lot of people are afraid to ask out loud: Is God actually speaking to me? And before we can talk about serving, giving, or sharing our faith, there's one question that has to come first: Who is God? Jesus asked it to the Pharisees.
