<p>Jede*r redet über Community, Gemeinschaft und das village, das wir uns alle wünschen, auf Instagram wird Alleinsein als Selbstfürsorge betitelt und wir üben uns im Grenzen ziehen. In dieser Folge sprechen wir darüber, warum wir uns Verbindung wünschen, aber im Alltag oft das Gegenteil leben.</p><p>Astrid erzählt offen, wie sie nach einem Burnout angefangen hat, so konsequent Grenzen zu setzen, dass sie sich am Ende selbst aus ihren Beziehungen ausgegrenzt hat und wie sie gerade lernt, wieder spontaner, weicher und unperfekter zu sein, ohne dabei in alte Muster zurückzufallen.
