Co. Carlow RFC: Tom Crotty reflects on a second straight loss for Carlow’s 1st XV (36–14 away to Mullingar), highlighting the squad’s ongoing transition with a young, developing group low on senior experience. On a brighter note, Carlow’s J2 side put on a stellar 43–14 bonus-point performance to stay undefeated.
Tullow RFC: Paddy Browne breaks down Tullow’s 26–13 road loss to Tullamore in Division 1A. Despite an experienced setup, Tullow has found the opening stretch of the campaign challenging, though they managed to salvage a losing bonus point on the day.
Kilkenny RFC: James Blanchfield recaps a 31–34 thriller at Foulkstown against De La Salle Palmerston. While Kilkenny racked up 2 bonus points in a 5-try battle, late confusion in overtime saw DLSP seal the victory. James also touches on returning hurling players and a historic weekend ahead for the women’s setup.
