Their judgment, I believe, falls short in many respects. And that is why I certainly won't be giving up this legal fight anytime soon. And now she's back, but not with that appeal, not with this case, in fact, but with a separate case. She's back in the same tribunal room in Dundee, or at least in the same tribunal centre in Dundee. And this time she's raised a case against her union, the Royal College of Nursing.
