But then you drill down into almost any other capital city, And the headline media is making them all look like they're falling. But a lot of the bottom ends are still holding quite firm. I mean, there might have been a bit of steam that came out of the tank, but it doesn't mean that they're selling for significantly lower. They might just be literally sitting there and not selling, kind of going through these times too. But if the headline top end is coming back, because the top end is so much like – $3 million to $5 million homes, if 10% comes off those versus the $5 million to $800K, which might be staying steady or 1% growth, let's say, per quarter, well, the 10% on the top end is going to massively sway the figures of the overall market of a median city price.
