A podcast for moms who want to raise healthy, connected kids—and still feel like themselves in the process.
Hosted by Dr. Eva—mostly crunchy mom, chiropractor & business owner—this show dives into low-tox living, natural health, and nurturing strong attachment with your kids, all while rediscovering who you are in motherhood. We discuss how to enjoy your pregnancy, prepare for birth, and thrive in early motherhood and beyond! If you're "crunchy-curious" and want to make mindful decisions for your growing family without losing your mind, this community is for you.
Let’s talk about the things moms don’t always say out loud — the choices that make people raise an eyebrow, the boundaries that feel “extra,” and the moments where you’re trying to protect your kid AND not offend your family at the same time.
In this episode, I’m sharing three of my own “unconventional” parenting decisions:
• Why we don’t have a TV in our living room
• What my son had instead of a birthday cake his first two years (and what happened when he finally had sugar 😅)
• How my fragrance sensitivities turned finding a babysitter into an Olympic sport
I'll also share the messy side of holding boundaries without feeling like an a**hole — especially with the people you love.
If you’ve ever felt alone, judged, or second-guessed for doing things differently… take a breath, grab your coffee, and come hang with me. You’re not the only one carving your own path.

When The Scroll Steals Your Soul
Who else feels like social media hit rock bottom this past month? I miss cute baby monkey videos and silly parenting reels. It feels more and more like my feed is just.....STRESSING me out! Today I wanna talk about how protecting your peace matters now more than ever.
Our littles are always watching - how we respond to circumstances around us, how we set boundaries, and where we put our energy. So if social has been draining your humanity, this is the pep talk and reminder that you get to choose where you put your focus. Let's raise good humans by staying rooted in what matters most.
Speaking of social, for all the griping I do in this episode about it....alas it does move the needle for better or worse so I'd still appreciate a screenshot with any takeaways from this episode and tag me at @scrunchymomtribe!!!

First Trimester Diaries
Dropping some NEWS on today's podcast 🤰🏻 ... then sharing my real raw experience thus far.
A lot goes down in the first trimester of growing a human. A a lot goes unspoken, or worse, stigmatized.
Today Dr. Eva is opening a honest and vulnerable dialogue about breaking old patterns of negative self talk, receiving support, and accepting the sometimes sh*%tty-feeling reality of early pregnancy.
