There are so many people that have truths and stories, but they feel like they are alone or they shouldn't or can't open up. You have gone through so much or are going through so much but I need you to know, You are not alone and you got this.
Would you blame being emotional on not completely walking away from someone that doesn't bring any value to your life or would you just call it stupidity?
I think the bottomed line is our self worth, if I loved myself enough then I wouldn't have sacrificed my sanity for another's. I wouldn't have put their well being first and my well beings expense.
