About Seeds of Change

Before I reclaimed and rebuilt my life through yoga, wellness and fitness, I was prediabetic, weighed 230 pounds, my lungs were failing, I was suicidal and I was addicted to everything—food, sex, drugs, alcohol. I wasn’t living. I was hiding. Chasing highs and running from fear. Everything began to change when I committed to healing my mind and body. I started working with my nervous system—through breath, movement, discipline, and deeper self-awareness. I rewired my thoughts, changed my habits, and began rebuilding my life from the inside out. Brick by brick, I built something solid within me. An Empire of Self. A place of calm instead of chaos, strength instead of survival and where I could finally live fully in the world. This podcast is for anyone who has ever felt broken, stuck, or lost. It’s for those navigating depression, addiction, trauma, or the quiet feeling that something inside needs to change. Together we explore how to transform pain into purpose, regulate the nervous system, reclaim the body, and build a life rooted in clarity, resilience, and peace.
