About Seek HIM First: A Come, Follow Me Podcast for Kids
Seek HIM First is a short daily podcast that helps children start their day with Jesus. Each Monday through Friday, we'll spend a few minutes exploring the weekly Come, Follow Me lesson through simple scripture stories, thoughtful questions, and faith-building challenges. Whether you're at the breakfast table, in the car, or during family scripture study, these quick episodes will help little hearts seek Him first—one day, one scripture, and one small act of faith at a time.

Trusting Heavenly Father’s Plan | Isaiah 55:8–9 | Come Follow Me for Kids
Have you ever wondered why something didn't happen the way you wanted? In today's Seek HIM First episode, we're learning from Isaiah 55:8–9 that Heavenly Father's thoughts and ways are higher than ours.
Just like looking at one tiny piece of a giant puzzle, we can't always see the whole picture. But Heavenly Father can! He knows more than we do, sees what we cannot see, and loves us perfectly.
Kids will learn how to trust Heavenly Father when life feels confusing or disappointing, turn to Him in prayer, and remember that we don't have to understand everything to have faith in Him.
Plus, we'll finish with fun Come Follow Me trivia questions to help kids remember what they learned!

Make Room for Others | Isaiah 54:2 | Come Follow Me for Kids
Have you ever had to scoot over and make room for someone else? In today’s Seek HIM First episode, we’re learning from Isaiah 54:2 about what it means to “enlarge the place of thy tent.”
Isaiah uses the picture of making a tent bigger to teach us an important lesson: there is always room to include others!
We’ll talk about simple ways kids can make room for someone who feels left out, invite someone to play, sit with someone who is alone, and show others the love of Jesus Christ.
Plus, we’ll finish with fun Come Follow Me trivia questions!
