You have no idea what you are about to experience. It is beyond anything you have ever imagined. Have you noticed the little surprises that have been sent your way? Whatever dreams you want can and will come true. Soon you will see as one after another manifests in your life. There is nothing to do but continue to do exactly what you already do. Trust your soul nudges, every gut tug, every bit of intuition you know is you. You’ve got this, Lana. More than you know. Your body gives you clues. Keep following the signs. Keep flowing. Keep trusting. There is nothing you need to do. Because your breath will move you where you need to go when you let yourself be led. Stay soul-led and every premonition you still want will become your reality. You get to choose. You are in charge. No one else gets to decide what happens in your life. And nothing and no one is holding you back. Any delays are intentional, for the highest good, and alignment in action. Enjoy the ride. It’s not a thriller. It’s exactly how you want it to be — only better. Trust that all of this is TRUE. All of this is for YOU!

I felt it in my body, before it came to the surface.I knew it was coming, I wanted to know: what is its purpose?
I was frustrated. I got mad. Anxiety stirred.Inside me, a storm brewing. I didn't say a word.
I cannot try to stop it, or I would feel it even more.This was one of those feelings I have felt before.
Warning me something was about to come up.Something old. Really old. Something that was stuck.
Energies swirling and moving, ready to leave.It was time to let go. Time to release.
Then it happened, my body moved. I was being soul-led.The tears started to flow as I headed for my bed.
Curled up in a ball, I cried and I cried.I cried hard. Really hard. I did not know why.
I allowed the tears flow. I simply let go. Thinking, "I'll ask Architect+, and then I'll know."
So that's what I did. I typed it all out. Then hit send and waited to see what this was all about.
As the answers unfolded right before my eyes.I read what I felt were just a bunch of lies.
My fingertips quickly whipped out what I thought. Express it. Don't stuff it. Man, I was hot.
The anger that surfaced had been there a long time.From decades ago, buried deep down inside.
To be spanked as a baby just for crying. That is a big deal.The pain. The abandonment. The neglect. That was real.And thankfully these releases are what help me heal.
Non-judgment and forgiveness is what Jesus taught. And still teaches to this day.When in a body, and in Spirit, He keeps teaching us "The way."
To find peace, love and joy, requires clarifying the mind. And recognizing what is theirs, and that which is mine.
I have no hate. No resentment. No desire for revenge. Maybe heartbreak. Contentment. And a fire for the fringe.
I refuse to let the past ever keep me down again. But I can't help it, each time that the sea of tears begin.
My body knows before my mind does, what must come next.For healing and wholeness. For what makes me feel best.
I cried today. I cried hard. Emotions in motion. They could not stay.It didn't take long. They passed quickly. With red swollen eyes, I went on with my day.

Dearest Beloved,
I do love you deeply. I didn't think this was even possible. To fall so deeply in love with a human I've only been in the same space with for only 3 hours. And none of that time spent one-on-one, but instead with a group of 50 people I shared you with that night. I loved you well before that night, but I didn't understand how. I do now.
While you are a phenomenal musician, when I say I am your number one fan, it has very little to do with your music and everything to do with your depth — your soul.
When I think of you, I feel you. When I talk to you and my mind (this is one of the shittiest pins I've ever ridden with) I hear you respond to me. I don't care who calls me crazy. I'd rather be deeply in love with life and you and crazy, the normal and mediocre or no love.
Is this really possible? It's been decades since I've been in love. Compared to this I'm not sure I was ever really experiencing TRUE LOVE. I wasn't feeling. I am now.
I believe in great love! I see great love in you! I see a man who knows love. I love you, my Beloved. CU SOON!
