[…] And WUNCAC has clear provisions on asset recovery and asset sharing, which actually is more asset return. So these implications were considered and were addressed by us in the provisions of this additional protocol. So it speaks the same language. It complements the existing legal standards. And also by being an open instrument It offers a platform for others to join, so other jurisdictions which are not members of the Council of Europe. So I think this is an extremely relevant aspect. And again, it helps practitioners understand the same thing through clear definitions. I mentioned at the beginning the context, okay, very poor or low recovery rates, and also this shift of criminality to virtual assets and AI. […]
