Boundaries 🤞🏾

Listen this is part 2 of R.E.S.P.E.C.T and I simply express some frustration and revelation when it comes to lack of respect and boundaries.
At the end of the day people will only respect you at the rate you respect yourself. You cannot set and take away boundaries and expect people to honor you.

Something I was shown is that you can be loved and appreciated while at the same time not respected. At the end of the day how people treat us is a direct reflection of what we allow.
