Theus Mago has been on a roll. After "CA$H BEIBY" with Zol Ekaterina, "JUICY" with Fátima, and the dreamy solo outing "CHLS", Duro Label's co-head returns on October 2 with "HUMO" this time alongside Mexico City DJ, producer and vocalist DJ Milka. Three collaborations deep into the year, and the energy isn't letting up.
Born in the haze of Mexico City's club scene, Theus Mago the digital alter ego of Mateo has built his reputation on acid-laced house bombs and a gift for unsettling the dancefloor in all the right ways. With a catalogue spanning Turbo Recordings, Lumiere Noire, Watergate, and Defected, and his 2023 collaboration The Dream with Adam Port (Keinemusik) becoming a long-running chart fixture, Theus Mago remains one of the underground's most singular voices.
DJ Milka is a Mexico City-based DJ, producer and vocalist whose music fuses breakbeat, house and electro with soulful vocals and subtle R&B and hip hop sensibilities. Her sound balances club energy with emotional depth, intimate and dancefloor-ready at the same time. Beyond her solo work, she fronts the band Self Sabotage and founded Milky Babe Records, an independent platform dedicated to platforming female talent within the Mexican electronic scene through releases, production and creative content.
"HUMO" is an energetic, groove-driven cut anchored by a deep resonant bass and sharp synthesizers that slice through the mix with precision. Over this foundation, DJ Milka's vocals move with the track's pulse, drawing you in, holding you there.

Duro Label returns with the fourteenth installment of its flagship compilation series. "Muy Duro Vol. 14" brings together six artists from across the global underground, each delivering a cut that reflects the label's unwavering commitment to dancefloor music with depth and character. Five tracks, five distinct voices, one shared purpose: to move bodies.
Laverno opens with "All Nite", a house cut built around an ostinato vocal that locks you in from the first bar. An energetic drum foundation drives the track forward while an electrifying bassline and pulsing synthesizers keep the tension alive. A track designed to work at any hour, but especially the ones that blur into morning. Barbara Nicole follows with "Boys and Girls", a fresh and hypnotic cut where a playful bassline and a rhythmic piano carry the groove from start to finish. Her vocal sits above it all like a mantra effortless, insistent, impossible to shake.
EKCESIVE GROOVE brings the raw heat with "JAUZ", a 90s house cut that doesn't ask for permission. Melted, resonant synthesizers roll over energetic basslines and a solid drum framework engineered for the dawn hours. Michael Iannone delivers "Shake That Thing", a potent dancefloor weapon with pitch-melted vocals, a bass that hits like thunder, and a solid foundation built to make the room bounce.
Poulper & Stylic close with "Kalamata Garden", the most hypnotic and psychedelic entry of the five. Lost bells drift through lysergic synthesizers while a heavy, relentless foundation pushes you forward with no intention of letting up.
