How to Build Your Child's Self Esteem and Stop Negative Self Talk
Our kids are growing up with a phone in their hand and almost no quiet to fill. When a pattern keeps showing up in life, it is not a curse. It is a blessing bringing something to our attention to clear, and learning to speak the language of spirit takes practice for us and for our children.Grounding is how we bring all of that chaos back down. We picture roots growing out of our feet, spreading as deep and as far as they can go to the center of the earth, and we breathe the peace and solidness of the land up through the body until the crown of the head opens like a flower full of white light. When life feels too loud, even leaning against a tree and asking it to help us ground can bring us back. After my six-year-old grandson dropped slime all over the rug, he sat down defeated and said, "What is wrong with me? I'm so dumb." Those words did not start with him. When someone asks a child what is wrong with them, it means something is wrong in that person's day, and the child caught words that were never about them. Five minutes of breathing on the couch, repeating "I am loved, I am enough, and I am perfect exactly as I am," settled his whole energy.Any family can start with simple tools tonight. Ask your kids what they did today that made them proud of themselves so their brains go to sleep with a positive thought. Let the shower wash off a hard day. Put every hurtful word into a big scoop of ice cream and watch it melt on the hot cement. Our kids will not remember the stuff we bought them. They will remember how they felt with us.Today's Claim: I claim my connection to self.

The True Purpose of Prayer and How to Actually Connect
Even when you're grounded and connected, it doesn't mean everything is perfect. We're still here, walking through all the highs and lows of life. But when one thing after another keeps happening, and you feel like you can't even breathe, you can pause, go to your heart space, and get centered. Then you can say, "Okay. I can do this."For a long time, we were just trying to be the best versions of ourselves we could be. We didn't even know there was something beyond that. There is, and it's all of you, but it's you in the field of God, and it's so much wiser, more peaceful, and more loving than the version of you stressing about the laundry. The first time we found that connection, it was like walking into your house after being gone way too long, sitting down in your chair, and realizing, "I'm home."It took us a long time to understand what prayer is actually for. We prayed for years, saying, "Please help me with this. Please help me pass this test. Please, please, please." We were begging some unknown parent to make life look the way we thought it should. But prayer isn't for stuff. It's for finding your connection with God. Once we started praying that way, it became a completely different journey. If this is brand new to you, don't take our word for it. Ask. Ask with a sincere, open heart, and ask for the highest truth. Ask who you really are. And if you're a little dense some days like we are, ask God to say it a little louder. Some days are clear and some days aren't, and that's normal. On the hard days, sometimes all we could do was hold the intention in our hearts. That was enough. Then something little would happen, and we would just know. We are heard. We are not alone. This Week's CLAIM: My intention to God is enough.Claim it below.

Reclaim Your Self-Worth by Healing Ancestral Trauma
One of us has a daughter who has been told people don't like her because of the color of her skin. Humans judge each other by skin color, hair, and eyes, the same way you'd judge someone by the color of their car. It says nothing about who they actually are. What she's feeling about her own skin might not even be hers. Survivors of the Holocaust passed trauma down through their family lines, and it was still there generations later. That's ancestral trauma. It lives in your cells whether you know where it came from or not. The British called India's people unclean in Sanskrit, and Gandhi refused to let that be their truth. He started calling them the people of gold instead. That one shift raised the vibrational frequency of the entire country and helped them win independence without a single war or a single gun. A simple science-backed experiment shows the same thing on a smaller scale. Two jars of rice, cooked exactly the same way. Speak love and gratitude to one every day. Speak hate to the other. One stays clean. The other turns black and moldy. That's the frequency of words made visible. The power of the collective is shown by a group of monks who moved into a high-crime neighborhood in New York and did nothing but meditate. After a period of time, muggings and crime dropped significantly, just from what they were putting into the field. Your thoughts aren't just thoughts. They're intelligence. They're frequency. What you think and speak is what you're calling back into your life. Finding Peace After Loosing a Pet Through Spiritual Connection
Losing a pet is not the loss our culture tells us it is. Our animals hold liberated frequencies for us long before we understand what they are doing, teaching us how to love unconditionally and holding space for grief we have not even processed yet. They come into our families on a kind of service contract, here to comfort us while they have their own full experience of loneliness, sorrow, and joy right alongside us.Matter is created, and it does not disappear; it only transforms, and that truth changes everything about how we walk through losing someone we love. Our pets do not vaporize when they cross. They shift to a different plane and stay close, the same way an old photo negative moves to a different stack but never ceases to exist. They show up in ways we recognize when we are willing to notice: a familiar sound, a felt presence during meditation, a cord that will not fully cut away no matter how hard we try to release it.Music holds liberated frequencies, too, and turning it on during a transition helps our loved ones cross in peace rather than in fear, even when the room around us is heavy with everyone else's grief. Holding gratitude and love in that moment matters more than we realize, because our pain can make it harder for them to let go. And if guilt ever creeps in about a pet's suffering, even years later, we can ask God and the angels to adjust that frequency now, because time works differently outside of Earth. The heart never truly loses what it loves. Connection to God, Higher Power, and Source stays open even in our hardest goodbyes, and we will see our people and our pets again.CLAIM: I claim liberation for my loved ones who have passed on and for my passing. Why You Feel Disconnected From Your Higher Power (And How to Reconnect)
This is our first Duck It Friday, and we are sitting in Sedona surrounded by yucca blooms that flower once in their life and then die, and it feels like the perfect backdrop for finding our Higher Power. For so long we thought hearing Source only happened sometimes, like if we could just do more or earn it somehow, the connection would stay. What we did not yet understand was that the block was not worthiness; it was FEAR. Letting go of fear, resentment, and doubt is what finally let truth flow in, and for both of us that meant almost a year of getting quiet, stepping back from every voice pulling at us, and choosing our connection to the divine as the one thing we would not let slip out of our hands. The layers of truth show up like old camera negatives, one layer holding the earth, another holding the angels who walk with us, another holding the ancestors who have passed, each one adding to the picture until it finally comes into full view. Asking the God/Universe directly, rather than everyone around us, changes everything. Joy stops being an occasional hit and becomes the actual baseline. And the peak, like the yucca blooms blooming just once behind us, is worth reaching for every single day. If the idea of a God has ever triggered you, or you have wondered why the connection you crave only shows up in flashes, this one is for you. YOUR CLAIM: I claim the divine presence of God and truth in my life every day. Just as easy as it is to breathe. Claim it below. Spiritual Perspectives About Suicide, Depression, and Healing
Suicide has touched almost every home. Either you know someone who has taken their life, or someone close to you has, or maybe it's you who has thought about it. We've both lived through suicidal thoughts and suicide loss, in different ways, and it's an epidemic we have to find the truth in if we ever want to heal from it.We have carried suicidal thoughts from age 12, through therapy, through medication, through raising a family while quietly believing everyone deserved better, before a knock on the door at the exact right moment changed everything. We have survived the loss of two brothers and a son to suicide, and found our way through the trauma of finding him with a technique that finally let her sleep again. It is like a heavy rock we all hold when suicide feels like the only escape: why holding onto it will always pull you under, no matter how hard you're swimming, and the words that got us through our darkest, most broken moments. You are not going to hell. Your loved one is not going to hell. Healing after suicide loss is possible, and you are meant for so much more than this moment.OUR CLAIM: Peace to my mind. Peace to my heart. Peace to my body.If you or someone you love is struggling with suicidal thoughts, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

How to Call in Your Angels for Peace and Guidance
Calling in your angels doesn’t have to look a certain way. It depends on your intention. If you’re calling them in, trust and have faith and know they’re there, even when you can’t see them, can’t hear them, can’t feel them. They’re there. They’re always there. You can welcome them in anywhere. Driving down the highway, standing in the bathroom, putting your makeup on, waiting in line at the bank. Any thirty seconds you have is enough. Just let them know, “I need you. Please come in. I give you permission”. And your angels will answer you in their own way. The more specific you are, the more they know exactly how to help. We called ours in for a grandson who was having a really rough day, out of sorts and feeling withdrawn, and asked them to help him feel safe, clear whatever was keeping him disconnected from his power, and hook him back up into peace and joy. You won’t always see it working. You won’t always feel it. That doesn’t mean it isn’t. It is there. It’s always there. I claim the angelic realm in my life. Claim it below.

How to Overcome Insecurity & Find Your Authentic Self
The stories we tell ourselves are the dumbest programming, and we know better, and we still fall into the trap. Not enough, not this weight, not this hair, not these boxes checked. Underneath all of it is fear. You had to love yourself. That is what came through when we asked how we got here, how we came to know God (the Divine) intimately enough to feel the angels even when we cannot see them. How can you love God as much as you love yourself? We were never taught that loving ourselves was even allowed. It is not about how we look or what we drive. We love ourselves because we are created in God's image, and because even though we fail, we continue to try. We are not our darkest moment. We give grace to the parts of us that stumbled, we forgive, and we step onto something better. We will slip ten million times and get up ten million and one times, because the change has to come into our own heart first. We have to lead with love, because I need you and you need me. I bless you, and I bless myself. CLAIM: I bless you, and I bless myself. CHAPTERS

Releasing Fear And Judgment While Raising A Gay Child With Unconditional Love
Injury has a way of cutting the cord, not just physically, but also the connection that usually grounds you, the one hardest to reach when you're laid up for weeks. Years of checking every box. Scriptures every day. Prayer every day. Every hour of service ever asked for. A belief, never questioned, that this was how a connection with God gets earned. Then a son comes out as gay, and the whole structure collapses in a single moment. Not because of who he is, but because the life preserver he held onto for decades was never actually holding anything at all. Kneeling down and asking God what to do next, the answer isn't complicated. Just love him. Standing at a Pride booth, hugging kids who hadn't been touched by a parent in years. Trusting that God has a plan for a child that doesn't have to look like the plan a parent had in mind. The core of evil is fear, hate, and division, and you cannot hold that frequency and hold God's frequency at the same time. They are different fields entirely. You are either here or you are here. A shard of wood from the cross in a cathedral in Rome, and every cell in the body recognizing Christ's frequency before the mind caught up. A daily practice of releasing fear out loud, asking to be shown truth, letting go of the story of what it was supposed to look like so something truer could take its place. For anyone who has ever held onto something so tight their knuckles went white, believing that grip was what would save them. It was never the grip. It was always God. I claim God's truth over my fear.

The Truth About Addiction Nobody Talks About
This morning, two teenagers knocked on our door while we were getting ready to film, both recovering addicts, both trying so hard. One of them sat down with us and told us that all these thoughts came in that she wasn't worth it, that she just needed some pills, that she just needed to overdose. Her whole body was shaking. We walked her through connecting to her heartbeat, inviting God's highest light into her field with every breath, and calling in her angels for the golden ball. She breathed out the contracts of sabotage, all the worries and fears and untrue things trying to tear her down, until she felt so much lighter and let it go. The other told us that meth calls his name every day and never stops. We explained that every time you take that pill or inject it, you are signing a contract, an energetic agreement that debilitates you and wraps you in shame, guilt, worthlessness, and hopelessness. You can call in your angels and ask them to burn that contract in the name of the highest light, every hook, every anchor point, every hidden attachment, every single day, as many times as you need. You are enough. You are not worthless. You are not ashamed. You are a being of light who has just forgotten and gotten buried, and we are here to help you remember who you are. Your worth is innate. It is connected to your heartbeat and does not disappear, no matter what you have done or where you have been. We are here to be the blessing. Claim it with us: I am the blessing.

How to Drop Perfectionism and Step into Authenticity
Dropping into authenticity means letting go of perfectionism and just trying to connect to people's hearts. We are not claiming to be professionals or worth your money. We are all beautiful, organized, unaware chaos, perfectly imperfect, and friendship is a polishing, a willingness to let go. Seeing your blind spots requires swallowing your pride and ego, being willing to look at the ugliness within yourself, not because it is ugly, but because it is unrefined and needs polishing. There is a difference between a dig that comes from a wounded, unhealed place and something that comes from genuine love, and most people are not even conscious of which one they are offering. It comes down to the origin of where it came from. Triggers are not about what someone else did. The real work is pausing to ask why something anchored right in your heart. Reacting from the mind is ego and justification, and it keeps you on the hamster wheel. Dropping into your heart is the only way off of it, and that takes a willingness to address what is in front of you. Seeing things from a higher perspective changes everything. When we are in full-fledged ego and trauma, all we can see is our own perspective. Coming from a broader perspective means understanding that everyone is doing the best they know how to do from where they stand, and that leaves no room for malice. Holding onto a wound as your identity closes the door for grace and anchors it in you. The willingness to let go of the story matters more than the wound itself. The boxes in the back of your heart that you forgot were there will keep resurfacing because until you heal that frequency, it will keep coming back to show you there is more. There is a field of energy where the word love spoken out ripples as far as the eye can see, and everything you put out is magnetized back to match the frequency you emit. A five-year-old with a camping bear said "bye, love you" in a grocery store, and that kind of authentic, non-conditional love stayed for the rest of the day. Real power is not bullying, mean-girling, or having the last word. A marathon runner collapsed short of the finish line, and two other runners stopped their own race to carry him across. That is real power, and that is what the world needs more of. You matter, you matter to us, and most importantly, you matter to something greater. When the heart quiets, the mind settles, and the door within you can open. CLAIM: I claim love as my power. Why You Can’t Hold Fear and Faith at the Same Time (Cancer Diagnosis)
Fear is one of the biggest tools used to throw us out of alignment, to keep us spinning, stagnant, and still. It shows up as worry, as paralysis, as a hamster wheel we think we have stepped off of, only to find ourselves running the same fear story again. We call this a spiritual hook, and it is hard to navigate because when you are in the middle of fear, you are blind to it. You cannot hold the frequency of fear and the frequency of God at the same time. A late-stage III breast cancer diagnosis during COVID isolation. A double mastectomy. And the choice that came with it, the choice to live, the choice to grab hold of God and let everything else go. The fear of an illness, the fear of nearly losing a best friend, and the truth that leaning on God was the only way through. Tools for releasing fear when it comes: Breathing it out into a golden ball of light, surrendering it to angels and saints who are waiting to help, and returning again and again to the heartbeat, the one thing that is truly present in this now moment. You do not have to perform. You do not have to do the dance. You do not have to look a certain way or be a certain way to be loved. You have innate worth simply because you exist. You matter. You matter to us. And most importantly, you matter to God. I release my fear to God. I am held. I surrender my fear. Discernment And How To Trust Your Truth
Truth doesn't show up in the head; it lands in the heart. Goosebumps, truth bumps, a settling, a stillness that quiets everything down, that's discernment. So much of what gets called truth is actually just programming, an answer handed down or taught, not something that ever actually settled into the bones. Real discernment starts with sincerely asking for more of God and being willing to let go of everything held on to for a lifetime. There's a difference between asking out of fear and asking out of genuine heartfelt desire, and that difference changes what comes back. Neutrality is the master key on the keychain, sitting in the uncomfortable, trusting, and letting-go ego, so more God can come in. It's a muscle, built one stretch at a time, and discomfort is part of how it grows. Scribbling is the practice, five to ten minutes a day, getting it all out on paper, like cleaning house before God walks in, so the focus can be on presence instead of the mess, the resistance, and everything the body has been holding onto. For anyone on a path of spiritual awakening and self-discovery, working through healing and looking for a women's podcast that speaks honestly about finding inner truth, this offers tools to start using today. We claim the truth of God to flow to us. We claim more God in our lives.

Overcoming the Exhaustion of Perfectionism (You Are Enough)
Perfectionism is not striving for your best. It is a program designed to keep you disconnected from yourself, from peace, and from God. We spent way too many years chasing the perfect house, the perfect kids, the perfect picture of life, thinking that was what made us worthy. It does not. The stress, the overwhelm, the walking on eggshells, those are all signs the illusion has you hijacked. We are breaking it down today: what perfectionism actually costs you, why the world keeps us running so we never stop and pause, and how to step out of the story and back into the present moment where your truth already lives. You do not have to be perfect to be loved by God. You never did. You are already enough, exactly as you are. Step off the wheel and come find your peace. If you are on a journey of spiritual awakening, healing, and self-discovery, this one is for you. The truth within you has been there all along. It is time to remember it.

Feeling Overwhelmed? Do This to Find Your Connection to God
Sometimes it is just hard, and that does not mean you are doing anything wrong, being punished, or that God has forgotten about you. We are having a human experience, and sometimes that experience is messy and heavy and really uncomfortable, and it does not matter how much faith you have or how connected you are, because it can still just be hard. And when it gets hard, the pull to numb out is real. Whether that is television, social media, alcohol, or any of the hundred ways we disconnect from ourselves when life gets heavy, there is never a shortage of ways to run. But when we run, we stay in the story. We stay in the abuse. We stay in the trauma. There is no progression. We just keep coming back to why does this keep happening to me. The only way out is through. You have to sit in the uncomfortable without reacting or bolting, and let God throw you the life preserver. It might get really messy before it gets better. It might require getting really real with yourself and looking at what you are allowing in your life and why. But if you stay in it instead of running from it, that is where the shift happens. That is where you stop resonating the frequency of what has been hurting you and start coming back to your wholeness and your truth. Whatever it is you are going through right now, whether it is a marriage that feels impossible, a child that is breaking your heart, sexual abuse, cancer, or addiction, it is all hard, and it all requires us to sit in the uncomfortable to dig ourselves out with God. We see you. We love you. And the frequency you need to clean up your field and bring truth, light, and love into your life is right here.
