White Coats and White Robes: Conscious Rebels Podcast ft. Dr. Ahmad Malik
What does it cost to tell the truth inside a system designed to silence you?
Dr. Ahmad Malik is a former consultant orthopedic surgeon and head of department in London who spent over two decades inside the medical establishment before COVID changed everything.
When he started speaking publicly about what he and his colleagues were seeing in their clinics, two major hospital chains sent him near-identical legal letters within 24 hours demanding he stop.
He didn’t.
What followed was six months of investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and anonymous complaints before he made the decision that changed his life: he voluntarily handed back his medical license rather than stay quiet.
Over 500 podcast episodes later, he is one of the most compelling voices in the medical freedom space.
In this conversation, Caitlin and Paul sit down with Dr. Malik to talk about what it actually looks like to blow up your career for your integrity, the parallels between mainstream medicine and high control religion, why most of us are addicted to comfort and what it costs us, and what it means to take your sovereignty back in every area of your life.
This one goes places most podcasts won’t.

Conscious Rebels Podcast: Hijacking Jesus Part 2
Paul and Caitlin build their case against the Apostle Paul using his own words. In Galatians 1, Paul openly admits he never met Jesus, never sat under his teaching, and never learned from the actual apostles, he says his gospel came entirely from a personal, private revelation that no one else witnessed or could corroborate. He even calls it “my gospel,” twice, in his own letters. As Paul Davis puts it from his legal background: this wouldn’t hold up in any court. You can’t be the sole witness to your own vision and call it evidence.
The episode traces what happened next: Paul spent three years in the wilderness before ever meeting the Jerusalem apostles, then publicly rebuked Peter to his face in Galatians 2, the opposite of the private conflict-resolution process Jesus taught in Matthew 18. Paul and Caitlin compare Paul’s claimed visions to other historical figures who claimed private revelation from God (Joseph Smith, Muhammad, David Koresh, Jim Jones) and ask why Paul’s version gets treated as beyond question. They also dig into the forgery problem: 1 and 2 Timothy and Titus almost certainly weren’t written by Paul at all, and no author of the New Testament was likely someone who actually knew Jesus.
The conversation lands on how this “hijacking” became official doctrine: the split between the original Nazarene/Ebionite Jesus movement and Paul’s gospel, and how Constantine and Eusebius chose Paul’s theology at the Council of Nicaea, not because it was true, but because it was useful for consolidating the Roman Empire. Anyone who disagreed was declared a heretic once Christianity became Rome’s official state religion under Theodosius.
This is Part 2 of the Hijacking Jesus series. Catch Part 1 for how the original Essene and Nazarene movement Jesus came from got buried in the first place.

Conscious Rebels Podcast: Hijacking Jesus, Part One
How did a message about loving your neighbor turn into a religion built on blood, fear, and eternal torment? In this episode, Paul and Caitlin trace the actual history of how Jesus's teaching got hijacked, starting six centuries before Jesus was even born. They go back to the Babylonian captivity (Jeremiah 8:8, "the lying pen of the scribes made God's law into a lie") and show how Israel's priests absorbed blood atonement theology from Babylonian and Sumerian mystery religions, turning a simple law into 613 burdensome commandments no one could actually follow. From there, they trace the rise of the Essenes and Nazarenes, the Jewish mystics who rejected blood sacrifice and believed the law was really just "love your neighbor as yourself," and the movement Jesus and John the Baptist came out of.Paul and Caitlin also dismantle the doctrine of hell, showing that "eternal conscious torment" isn't in the Old Testament at all, and take apart the Apostle Paul's argument in Romans 3 that "no one is righteous," revealing the specific Old Testament passages Paul left out that call Abraham, Job, Zechariah, and Elizabeth righteous. They connect all of this to the psychological toll institutional Christianity takes today: shame, hypervigilance, and a narcissistic-abuse-style pattern of dangling an unreachable ideal to keep people compliant. This is Part 1 of a series unpacking exactly how Jesus's original message was hijacked, and what it actually said before it was rewritten.
