But this year, I found myself reflecting less on love in the traditional sense and more on the ways I’ve learned to choose myself, through motherhood, marriage, health, and self-reflection.</p><p>This is an honest conversation about self-worth, sustainability, and turning love inward, using the Five Love Languages as a framework for personal care rather than romance. A reminder that choosing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.</p><p>You don’t need to wait to be chosen. You already are.</p>
