And so we started and we gave each other permission to call each other out on it when one of us was using a tone that wasn't necessary. And so that helped a little bit. But the big nut was the fact that once you're both in fight or flight mode, you know logic has left the building and left the lizard brain in control and and things get said that aren't meant and things get said that are hard to take back and so i i got saying how do we get ourselves out of that fight or flight mode you know before we do we believe we're building this big beautiful monument to our marriage And each loving word and kind gesture, and especially when you make love with presents, you're building onto your beautiful marble monument.
