《矽谷水果哥的躁鬱人生》
楊志仁
人稱矽谷水果哥。出生於民國五十九年，十二歲出國成為小留學生，二十一歲畢業於喬治亞理工學院電機系，進入美商旭電，半工半讀拿到兩個碩士，二十五歲升遷為全公司最年輕的經理。三十歲累積了一百萬美元資產，三十二歲股票賠了十八萬美元，三十五歲投資房地產被騙了三十萬美元，三十九歲被身心科診斷出躁鬱症。
在沒有服用任何抗精神藥物下，學習身心靈「賽斯心法」五年後，四十四歲錄取美國蘋果公司，五十歲決定退休，開始尋找人生的第二春。如今將人生故事寫成本書，並跟所有讀者分享心路歷程和學習心得，希望能夠鼓勵遇到困境的年輕人，永不放棄！

After watching a Korean Netflix series “Mr. Sunshine” last month, I started reflecting on the social issues that we are facing in modern days compare to a century before. It turned out that the issue that the people faced back then still exists nowadays, especially stereotypes and inequality.

During the 10-days of quarantine, I remembered the movie “American Girl” I watched in Toronto. After watching the movie, I called my dad and showed my appreciation of what I have. Sometimes we may fall into the emotion where we complain about the things we don’t have and not see what we have. How can we face this emotion and reposition our mindset?
