[…] Once we get the appraisal in, we get the phase one environmental. We collect all the financial documents, a lease abstractive. You put all that together. Now it makes it to underwriting. Underwriting is actual deal analysis. That is where we're going to take and call it like a book report for the deal. Why does this deal make sense? What is the profitability?
