<p>on this episode of Sharroz Speaks, I explore the growing political divide across our society, discussing the worrying rise of the far right, as well as the alienation caused by sections of the far left through cancel culture over the past decade. Alongside these points, I speak about why open dialogue, working-class unity, and pragmatic middle-ground solutions are essential in politics in order to progress as a society.</p><p><br></p><p>Politics: Beginning of the episode–1:14:13</p><p><br></p><p>In an effort not to make this episode feel too serious, I also turn to football, sharing my thoughts on the Messi versus Ronaldo debate, reflecting on how the World Cup is going thus far, and discussing my joy at Scotland reaching the World Cup.</p><p><br></p><p>World Cup and Messi vs Ronaldo: 1:14:13–1:32:00</p><p><br></p><p>Finally, I conclude the episode by discussing my plans to get another dog and comparing the three breeds I am currently considering: the German Shepherd, Rottweiler, and Cane Corso. <p>Episode 1 marks the relaunch of Sharroz Speaks, a podcast originally started during the height of COVID in 2020, now returning with a renewed sense of purpose due to popular demand! </p><p><br /></p><p>In this episode, I reflect on why I decided to bring the podcast back, the unexpected reactions it received over the years, and how simple conversations and shared perspectives led to meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>I hope that my listeners will be able to take something meaningful away from this podcast, whether that be a new perspective, a moment of reflection, a sense of motivation, or simply the feeling that they are not alone in their thoughts and experiences as they navigate through life. Even if listeners do not always agree with me, I hope each episode encourages independent thinking, honest conversation, and a deeper understanding of both ourselves and the world around us.</p><p><br /></p><p>Welcome to the relaunch of Sharroz Speaks.</p>

The Eleventh Episode.

On this episode I speak about what I've been upto in regards to political acitivism as well as hiking, fitness and the NC500. I also speak about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine where I look at the potential consequences of this invasion as well as its ramifications on the greater world stage in relation to bad actors like China, Iran and North Korea. I briefly discuss Palestine and israel, Western double standards on invasions and refugee crises. I also touch upon why it's important to speak to learn rather than to be right. On this episode I also briefly touch upon why the label of being feminist is so important to me not only as an activist but as a human being. I conclude the episode by talking about my love for my favorite tiger sub species as well as discussing the deeper meaning the tiger holds to me.
