Episode 9: Why you still don’t see yourself as a runner (even though you run)
As a running coach, I encounter quite a few other women that don't call themselves a runner even though they run 2, 3 or 4 times a week.
Some struggle to call themselves a runner, some don't believe they're a runner and others think they're not good enough to call themselves a runner.
In this podcast, I go through the reasons people have given me for not calling themselves a runner and encourage you to be proud of your running no matter the reason you don't think you're a runner.
If you know someone that says they're not a runner, please share this podcast with them.

Episode 8: A Bold Decision Younger Me Would Never Have Made!

Recording this so more runners know its ok not to race if you're not well enough. In a world where pushing through is encouraged, lets go against the grain and shout health first always.
I also talk about the wins inside the She Can Run Community from PBs at 10k and half marathon to getting through my version of couch to 5k and into marathon tapers for others. She Can Run Coaching is for women over 35 that want to be fitter and stronger runners than ever before without hurting themselves in the process.
