She Remains was born from the Greek word menō, to abide, remain, stay. Inspired by John 15:4, this podcast encourages women to stay rooted in Christ through every season. Life changes. Feelings change. Circumstances change. But she remains in His presence, grounded in His Word, and anchored in truth. She remains when life is beautiful and when it’s hard, because her foundation isn’t found in circumstances, but in Christ. Abide in Him. Stand on His Word. Walk in His truth.

October Bonus: Remain When Life Feels Uncertain | When You Don’t Know What God Is Doing
What do you do when you’ve prayed, you’ve waited, you’ve trusted—and you still don’t know what God is doing?
In Week 3 of our October Remain series, we’re talking about how to remain when life feels uncertain.
Faith doesn’t mean we always understand. Sometimes faith sounds like, “God, I don’t understand this, but I still trust You.”
We’ll talk about resisting the urge to fill unanswered questions with fear, walking by faith when we can’t see the whole path, finding peace before we know the outcome, and trusting that God is still working in the places we cannot see.
For the next seven days, when your mind starts asking “What if?”, we’re going to practice answering with “Even if.”
Because there is no possible tomorrow where God stops being God.

October Bonus: Remain in His Presence | You Don’t Have to Wait Until You Need Him
What if remaining in God’s presence isn’t only about finding more quiet time—but learning to recognize that He is already with you?
In Week 2 of our October Remain series, we’re talking about what it means to remain in His presence.
God isn’t only present during Sunday worship, morning devotionals, or the moments when everything around us is quiet. He is with us in the car, at work, while making dinner, in the middle of the chaos, and even in the moments that feel completely ordinary.
This week, we’ll talk about slowing down enough to notice Him, the difference between doing things for God and simply being with God, and why His presence—not perfect circumstances—is where we find true rest.
For the next seven days, our practice is simple:
Pause. Be still. Remember He is there.

October Bonus: Remain in His Word | What Does It Really Mean to Remain in Him?
What does it actually mean to remain in Jesus?
In this first bonus episode of the October Remain series, we’re starting at the foundation: remaining in His Word.
Jesus didn’t call us to visit Him only when life gets hard. He called us to remain—to stay, abide, dwell, and make our home in Him. And one of the most practical ways we do that is by allowing His Word to become the truth we return to again and again.
We’ll talk about what it means to be rooted in Scripture, how God’s Word renews our minds, and why we need His truth in us before the storms of life come.
For the next seven days, I’m inviting you to do more than simply read a verse. Carry it with you. Pray it. Speak it. Return to it. Let it change you.

Keep Your Eyes on Jesus: When the Storm Won’t Stop
What happens when you step out in faith—and the storm doesn’t stop?
In Matthew 14, Peter did something impossible: he stepped out of the boat and walked on water toward Jesus. But when his attention shifted from Jesus to the wind and the waves, fear took over.
In this episode of She Remains, we’re digging deeper into Peter’s story and what it teaches us about faith, fear, focus, and trusting God when our circumstances don’t change right away.
Sometimes obedience still leads us into storms. Sometimes we find ourselves straining at the oars, wondering if God sees how hard we’re trying. But Jesus saw the disciples in their struggle—and He came to them.
If you’re walking through uncertainty, waiting on an answer, fighting fear, or simply trying to keep trusting God when life feels overwhelming, this episode is for you.
The storm may be real, but so is your Savior.
And when it becomes difficult to keep your eyes on Jesus, remember this:
His eyes are already on you.
Matthew 14:22–33
Abide in Him. Stand on His Word. Walk in His truth. And remain. 🤍

BONUS: Day 7 — I Surrender My Life to God | 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life
We made it to Day 7. 🤍
And after seven days of speaking God’s Word over our lives, we’re bringing everything back to one place:
Surrender.
Not giving up—giving over.
Our plans. Our timelines. Our families. Our relationships. Our work. Our dreams. Our fears. Our unanswered prayers. Our past, present, and future.
Surrender is saying, “God, I may not know what happens next, but I trust You with what happens next.”
And although our seven-day journey ends here, speaking God’s Word over your life doesn’t. Keep returning to His Word. Keep returning to truth. Keep returning to Jesus.
Final declaration: My life is Yours, Lord. Lead me, shape me, use me, and let Your will be done in me.
Scriptures: Romans 12:1 • Psalm 46:10 • Psalm 37:4–5 • Luke 22:42 • Lamentations 3:22–23 • Psalm 23:6
Abide in Him. Stand on His Word. Walk in His truth.
And remember: He’s not finished yet.

BONUS: Day 6 — God Has Purpose for My Life | 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life
You are not behind. You have not been forgotten. And you do not have to become somebody else in order for God to use you.
Day 6 is about purpose—and letting go of the comparison that makes us question what God is doing in our own lives.
Purpose isn’t always a platform, a title, or one big moment. Sometimes purpose is simply being faithful in the place where God has planted you today. The field may actually be preparing you for the palace. The pruning may be part of the preparation.
Keep walking. Keep growing. Keep remaining.
Today’s declaration: I am called. I am equipped. I am becoming who God created me to be.
Scriptures: Ephesians 2:10 • Jeremiah 1:5 • Philippians 1:6 • Matthew 6:33 • Proverbs 16:3

BONUS: Day 5 — God Gives Me Strength | 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life
Maybe you’re tired.
Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a long time. Maybe you’ve been showing up for everybody else while quietly wondering how much longer you can keep going.
Day 5 is for the weary places.
God never asked you to be your own source of strength. You don’t have to prove how strong you are or pretend you never get tired. His strength is available in your weakness, His grace is sufficient, and sometimes He strengthens us by teaching us to rest and receive from Him.
Today’s declaration: I am strengthened by God, sustained by grace, and never walking alone.
Scriptures: Philippians 4:13 • Nehemiah 8:10 • 2 Corinthians 12:9 • Isaiah 40:31 • Psalm 28:7

BONUS: Day 4 — I Trust God With What I Cannot Control | 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life
What are you trying to figure out right now?
The outcome. The timing. The answer. The situation you keep replaying because you desperately want to know how it’s all going to work out.
Day 4 is about releasing control and trusting the God who already sees what we cannot.
You don’t have to understand everything God is doing in order to trust the God who is doing it. Whatever you’ve been carrying, bring it with you today—and let’s intentionally place it back into His hands.
Today’s declaration: I release control, and I choose to trust God.
Scriptures: Proverbs 3:5–6 • Romans 8:28 • Isaiah 55:8–9 • Psalm 55:22 • Matthew 6:34 • Deuteronomy 31:8

BONUS: Day 3 — My Mind Is Filled With God’s Peace | 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life
Day 3 of 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life 🤍
Sometimes the biggest battle is not happening around us—it is happening in our minds.
The racing thoughts. The overthinking. The fear of what might happen. The conversations we replay and the situations we keep trying to solve before they even happen.
In Day 3, we are speaking God’s Word over our minds and choosing peace over worry. We are reminding ourselves that we do not have to believe every fearful thought, carry every concern alone, or live inside tomorrow.
Speak these truths with me today:
My mind is filled with God’s peace. I give my worries to God because He cares for me. I will pray instead of allowing worry to consume me. I will think about what is true. I will take fearful thoughts captive. God’s peace guards my heart and my mind. The Lord is near to me. My mind does not belong to fear. My mind belongs to Christ.
Save this episode and return to it whenever your thoughts feel heavy, anxious, or difficult to quiet.

BONUS: Day 2 — I Know Who I Am in Christ | 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life
Day 2 of 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life 🤍
So many things try to tell us who we are—our past, our mistakes, rejection, comparison, and even our own thoughts. But none of those voices have the authority to define us.
In Day 2, we’re speaking God’s truth over our identity and reminding ourselves that we are chosen, loved, forgiven, redeemed, and made new through Christ.
Speak these truths with me today:
I am chosen by God. I am loved by God. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am forgiven and redeemed through Jesus. I am God’s workmanship. I am a new creation. My past does not define me. God’s Word defines me. I belong to Him. I am chosen. I am loved. I am His.

Day 1 of 7 Days of Speaking God’s Word Over My Life 🤍
Fear has a way of getting loud—especially when we don’t know what’s ahead. But before fear gets the first word today, we’re giving God’s truth the first word.
In Day 1, we’re speaking Scripture over fear and reminding ourselves that God is with us, He goes before us, and we can walk by faith even when we cannot see what He is doing.
Speak these truths with me today:
God is with me. God goes before me. I will walk by faith and not by sight. I will not be controlled by fear. I am strong and courageous because my God is with me.
Save this episode and come back to it anytime fear starts getting louder than your faith.

When God Is Pruning You. Trusting Him in ALL Seasons.
In the very first episode of She Remains, we’re talking about what it means when God begins pruning areas of our lives.
Sometimes pruning feels like loss. It can look like closed doors, changed relationships, unanswered prayers, or seasons we never expected to walk through. But John 15 reminds us that God prunes the branches that are already bearing fruit so they can become even more fruitful.
In this episode, we’ll talk about trusting the Gardener, remaining connected to Jesus when life does not make sense, and believing that God is still working even when we cannot yet see the fruit.
If you are in a season of letting go, waiting, healing, or wondering what God is doing, this message is for you.
You are not being abandoned. You are being prepared.
Abide in Him. Stand on His Word. Walk in His truth. And remain. 🤍
