A raw, unscripted podcast hosted by Joelle and Valentina for women who are tired of performing strength while quietly craving softness, safety, and truth. Together, they explore nervous system healing, feminine energy, relationship patterns, visibility wounds, emotional burnout, and what it means to feel fully seen.
Honest, unfiltered, and grounded in lived experience, not perfection. Because the woman you’re becoming doesn’t need to do more to be powerful.
She needs to remember who she already is.

The Woman Who Has It All but Still Wants to Be Loved
She's the strong one. The independent one. The woman who always figures it out.
But underneath the success, confidence, and independence, there's often a part of her that simply wants to be loved. Not for what she does, what she provides, or how much she can handle. Just for who she is.
In this episode of SHE, Valentina and Joelle explore the paradox of hyper-independence: when the very strength that helped us survive becomes the armor that makes it difficult to receive love.
We talk about vulnerability, attachment patterns, the fear of being fully seen, and why allowing someone to show up for us can sometimes feel harder than doing everything ourselves.
Because you don't have to choose between being powerful and being loved.
You've mastered the art of holding everything together. But have you learned the art of letting yourself be held?

Why You’re Addicted to Potential
Have you ever found yourself deeply attached to someone…not necessarily because of who they are today, but because of who you believe they could become?
In this episode of SHE, we unpack why it can be so difficult to walk away from potential.
The potential that one day they’ll open up.
One day they’ll heal.
One day life will settle down.
One day they’ll finally realize what the two of you could have.
We explore how inconsistency can create intensity, how our nurturing side can turn into overfunctioning, and how understanding someone’s wounds can slowly become an excuse for abandoning our own needs.
Because sometimes, you’re not only grieving the relationship you have. You’re grieving the future relationship you created in your mind.
And maybe the most important question isn’t:
“Who could this person become?”
It’s:
“Who is this person consistently choosing to be with me today?”
Because you can see someone’s potential, love them deeply, understand where their behavior comes from… and still recognize that what they are offering you right now isn’t what you need.
So, are you loving someone, or are you waiting for them to become the person you need?

What Happened Between Men & Women? | Part 2
The conversation continues.
What do women want from men today, and what are men actually asking for from women?
Women tell us they want consistency, emotional availability, reliability, and a man who knows how to lead. At the same time, men are telling us they’re meeting women who have become so accustomed to doing everything themselves that they’re not sure where they fit anymore.
In Part 2, Valentina and Joelle continue looking at modern relationships from both sides, moving between the male and female perspective and questioning some of the narratives we’ve created around independence, receiving, leadership, emotional safety, and masculine and feminine dynamics.
Are we leaving space for the kind of partner we say we want? Or have both men and women become so good at protecting themselves that we’re making connection harder?
Maybe it’s not about asking what happened to men or what happened to women.
Maybe it’s about asking what happened between us.
