Episode 52 – Would You Rather: Marriage, Motherhood & Adult Life
This week on She Who Thrives, we're trading the serious conversations for some ridiculous choices, questionable answers, and plenty of laughs!
We're playing Would You Rather: Marriage, Motherhood & Adult Life Edition, and let's just say being a grown-ass woman gives you a whole new perspective on these questions.
From annoying husband habits and spicy marriage questions to parenting dilemmas, adult kids, money, getting older, and all the bullshit responsibilities nobody warned us about. We're covering it all.
Some questions are hilarious. Some are surprisingly hard. And a few might actually make you stop and think about what matters most at this stage of your life.
Grab your husband, your girlfriends, or your mom and play along with us! There is only one rule and it is simple: You HAVE to choose. No “it depends.” Which one of us would YOU agree with most?
💡 Tip of the Week: Stop waiting for the easy season of life to enjoy your life. Find the fun in the season you're actually living.

Episode 51 – NO Means NO
This week on She Who Thrives, we're having one of our most vulnerable conversations yet.
The recent sexual-assault allegations involving a former Cornell University student opened the door to a much bigger conversation about consent, victim blaming, why survivors don't always report, and our own experiences with men who didn't stop when we said no.
We talk about the questions survivors are constantly asked: What was she wearing? Why did she drink? Why did she go home with him? Why didn't she fight? Why didn't she leave?
Why didn't she report?
And the question we should be asking instead: Why didn't he stop?
We talk about fight, flight, freeze and fawn, the shame and fear that can keep survivors silent, sexual violence against men, protecting ourselves without blaming victims, and why we need to teach our sons just as much as our daughters about consent.
Because it doesn't matter what someone is wearing. It doesn't matter if they flirted. It doesn't matter if they kissed you. It doesn't matter if you've had sex before. And it doesn't matter if sexual activity has already started. Someone can change their mind.
⚠️ Content Warning: This episode discusses rape, sexual assault, coercion, trauma, victim blaming, drug- and alcohol-facilitated assault, and personal experiences with sexual violence.
💡 Tip of the Week: Respect the fucking no. Teach your daughters they never owe anyone access to their bodies, and teach your sons the exact same thing.
STOP. ASK. LISTEN.
No explanation is required.
No justification is necessary.
No is enough!

Episode 50 – 50 Episodes of Real Talk, Raw Truth & Plenty of Spice
WE MADE IT TO 50!
For our 50th episode of She Who Thrives, we're doing something a little different: 5 categories. 10 things in each. 50 for 50.
And we're definitely sharing some shit you haven't heard before.
10 She Who Thrives Awards, 10 Things You Didn't Know About She Who Thrives, 10 Biggest Wins From Our First 50 Episodes, 10 Things We Want to Do Before Episode 100.
We also answer one final question: If we could go back to the three women who sat down to record Episode 1, what would we tell them?
We started this podcast hoping that if even one person heard something they needed to hear, it would be worth it.
Fifty episodes later, we're still laughing, learning, oversharing, calling out the bullshit, and we're definitely not done yet.
💡 Tip of the Week: Celebrate your damn milestones. Stop being so focused on what's next that you forget to recognize how far you've already come. Celebrate the win. Be proud of the progress. And then keep going.
Thank you for being part of our first 50. Here's to the next 50, and whatever the hell happens along the way!
