What does it mean to live holy in a culture where following Jesus can make you feel like a foreigner? In this continuation of our study through 1 Peter 1, we discover that holiness isn't something we manufacture—it flows from the new identity God has already given us through His Spirit and the precious blood of Christ.
As temporary residents in this world, we're called to resist cultural pressure, reflect the character of our heavenly Father, and love His family deeply. This life is short, eternity is forever, and the joy ahead is worth the cost. Fix your hope on Jesus—and live like you belong to Him.

1 Peter 1 - "Fix Your Hope"
What keeps your hope steady when life gets hard? In "Fix Your Hope," Pastor Lacey explores 1 Peter 1:1–13 and the promise that changes how we face today: Jesus is coming back, and our story isn't finished.
Through honest reflections and biblical encouragement, this message explores how trials refine our faith, why we can trust Jesus even when we can't see Him, and the glorious inheritance God has prepared for His people. You'll be encouraged to let the hope of Christ's return shape how you live, love, and serve right now.
If you're weary in the waiting, this message is a reminder: suffering won't last forever, there is joy ahead, and your hope in Jesus is secure.

Introduction to 1st Peter
Before we dive into 1st Peter, let's meet the man behind the letter. We trace Peter's journey from Simon the fisherman to Peter the "stone" a man who heard Jesus, stumbled, fell and was repeatedly restored. His story gives us a glimpse into the heart of 1st Peter: lasting joy, deep roots, enduring faith, and the restoring love of Jesus.
