One of the big challenges or things that make it really difficult to drive change at sea is that we simply do not really know what is happening out there. It's so far away. It's so invisible. So what we are doing is really tracking annual progress against those four strategic goals that we split into 10 focus areas. So within each of the goals, there are two to three goals. strategic focus areas. So what we're doing is committing to this year, we'll be pushing out and the first, so we call that a baseline report. […]
