All day. I was ’lucky’ enough to have gone through living life with a stutter. It showed me the chaos that can reside inside our own minds, when we become fixated or obsessed on something. An idealised future. A better past. Here, I aim to show you a world outside your thinking. A world that exists in this moment Now. When we reconnect to what has always been there since we were kids. Our hearts. The playfulness, the joy, the truth. Join me, as we take the longest journey of our lives; one that most people don’t even start. The journey from head to heart.    🗣️006 - Viktor Saghy Interview

   Today's special guest is my personal coach and friend Viktor Saghy! Viktor coached me for 1.5 years 2023-2025. He is an amazing coach and mentor. In this episode, we spend the first half discussing his coaching approach and the second half him live-coaching me! I was in a bad place with my speech and this was the support I needed. I delayed putting this episode out for 15 MONTHS! I kept avoiding. What becomes obvious to me is I was ashamed of my stuttering 'relapse' here. This was when I was going through a bad time with my speech. I had done hypnotherapy and seen temporary improvement, and yet had a huge relapse. Where my fear levels and stuttering had increased back to previous levels. I was distraught. And yet, what I hear when I listen back, is the amount of value that is in this episode. I have been robbing the world of gold, because of my selfishness. Because of my own insecurities. Because of my own shame. I am supposed to be better than this. I am supposed to be guiding us all.    ❤️006 - Letting Go

   Part 2 of the Ego Sabotage/Letting Go episode series! We spoke about feeling triggered in the last episode, where the fight/flight centre of our brain gets activated. We spoke about bringing awareness to these sabotaging thoughts. Dealing with them on a thought-level. In this episode we speak about letting go of the feeling on a somatic body emotion-level. This process has changed my life in numerous ways. Being able to regulate your feelings, and let go of our trauma in the body, is the single most useful technique you can learn to live a peaceful life. Note that this is a 2-part episode.
