But the money muscle, it was actually very good. I agree with you. Even I agree. And that's not. I know. not normal for me but it was it was really good it was it was i don't know you've seen it for yourself not even in pieces with crumble it's sliced perfect good size medallions i mean it had juice had moisture and the taste was there it had a really good balanced taste uh so i don't know and i really can't stand up bad about the brisket i liked it i felt like it needed a little bit I'm going to tweak my au jus a little bit.
