After being pushed out of his career as a police officer, Dan set a goal to sell 20 homes his first year in real estate. He sold 42. Twenty-one years later, he’s sold over 4,000 homes from a database of just 85 people.
His story goes far beyond real estate. At 300 pounds, Dan refused to believe he had to give up one part of his life to improve another. He trained for a year, completed 10 Ironman races, and then helped the first person with Down syndrome finish an Ironman, a journey that made worldwide news.
