In fact, you probably can't make anything that would taste really yummy with just the field pea flour. But I'm going to explain, so stick with me. First thing. What do you need to mill to make this flower? You want to look for field peas, which are standard garden peas that have stayed in the field until they were fully mature and completely dry. That's what makes them have the name field pea. And those peas, unlike split peas, are much higher in protein than you would find in typical plants. wheat berries, a typical fresh flower that you grind, and definitely higher than you would find in split peas.
