In this episode I share about conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with my third living baby, Hosanna. I was led by God to have a birth without a provider present, fully trusting in Jesus to be with me and guide me if I should seek out any additional support, which we did in some ways, including having a precious midwife come after the birth to assess baby and I, and help my husband clean up. This is the story from start to finish!! It's already 9 months + since her birth and I am still in awe of how beautiful it was. I pray it blesses and encourages you to follow Jesus in every area - even if it seems crazy to the world. He is faithful!

My Story with Alcohol - From Bondage to Sobriety
Taking a break from the regularly scheduled birth content to share with you my story of the Lord leading me to forever give up alcohol.
I have always shared this openly, but this is a bit more personal, vulnerable, and honest. I pray it blesses you and gives you some (maybe new) perspective for your own journey with alcohol.

Surrendering Fear in Pregnancy & Motherhood
If you are pregnant or a mom, this episode is for you. I recorded this as I felt the Spirit stirring in me on a drive home one day to address fear in pregnancy, and in motherhood overall. This is something that means so much to me that moms understand, that God chose YOU to be their baby's mother and that He is ultimately in control of it all. We do not need to operate out of fear of the test result, ultrasound result, birth outcomes, the future, the present, the past, any of it. I share a few ideas of how to surrender your fear, and end by praying over you and encouraging you to know that we are not called to live in fear.

Homebirth After Hospital Birth (Part 3/3 of My Birth Stories)
This is the story of my home birth with my 2nd biological baby after having my 1st bio baby in the hospital and then a miscarriage in between. The final birth in my 3 part birth story session! (Your provider truly makes all the difference in the way your birth is going to go, so please consider this when choosing your birth plan and place you want to birth. Hospital birth will never be like a home birth. It is not designed to be that.)
I am so passionate about sharing how God made our bodies as women to birth when left alone and supported by someone who knows and trusts birth. In this episode, I share from conception to birth and into postpartum with my most recent baby, Gloria Beth.

My Miscarriage Story (Part 2/3 of my Birth Stories)
In this episode, I share all the details of my miscarriage - from early bleeding in pregnancy to getting pregnant with my next baby post-miscarriage. I share about my decision to not have the D&C and instead work with my homebirth midwife to lower my HCG levels naturally, as well as talk about the care I was provided from the hospital during my miscarriage experience vs. the care I got from my (amazing) homebirth midwife. I also share a bit about my experience working with a NaPro technology doctor to track my progesterone levels during my miscarriage and into my next pregnancy.

...My prayer is that you will feel like we are sitting one-on-one at a coffee shop, my chair pulled close and leaning in to share sweet truth of the gospel to you as God brings me the words to speak. My prayer is to spur you on, encourage you, lift your head, educate and empower you, as well as create a space for other women to share their testimonies, all about how living within God’s instruction brings ultimate protection, FREEDOM, and fullness of life.
God’s ways truly are best. I know because I’ve rebelled and seen the destruction that comes from it, and I’ve seen God’s goodness that comes from obeying His instruction. Join me for testimony and encouragement relating to marriage, motherhood, birth & postpartum, finances, health, foster care, business, friendship, and sobriety all in light of the gospel. There is hope to be found in Jesus!
