Hosted by Asia Gibbs, this show dives into relationships, womanhood, motherhood, burnout, dating, emotional intelligence, self-worth, healing, and the quiet pressures people carry every day.
These are the conversations we have in car rides, group chats, late-night phone calls, and in our heads at 2 a.m. finally said out loud.
Some episodes will be funny. Some will be raw. Some will feel uncomfortably relatable. But every episode is rooted in honesty, growth, and figuring life out in real time.
Season 2, Ep 3. You’re Loyal to a Relationship You Made the Fuck Up!
You’re loyal. You’re understanding. You’re patient. You’re leaving the door open.
There’s just one small problem: y’all are not actually together. 😭
This week, we’re talking about the relationships we build almost entirely out of possibility. The person who lives too far away. The one who’s too consumed with work to make time for a relationship. The one who keeps saying they’re trying to leave the relationship they’re already in. Or maybe they simply aren’t ready.
And the fucked-up part? They might genuinely love you. The connection might be real. Everything they’re telling you might even be true.
They’re still unavailable.
So why are you arranging your emotional life around what could happen? Why are you giving relationship-level loyalty to potential? And how available are you to somebody who could actually choose you while you’re busy saving a seat for somebody who can’t?
Maybe the two of you really would’ve been beautiful together.
Or maybe you took a few incredible qualities, some chemistry, a whole lot of “what if,” and made up the rest.

Season 2, Ep 2. They Didn't Change. They Ran Out of Ammunition.
Some people didn’t become safer. They just stopped having access to the things they once used to hurt you.
In Episode 2 of Since Nobody Wants to Say It, we’re talking about what happens when a friendship, family relationship, or love ends and the person who once knew you intimately decides to weaponize that access. Your secrets become stories. Your vulnerable moments become ammunition. Your mistakes become evidence. And suddenly, someone who once loved you is committed to making sure everybody else sees you differently too.
So what happens when they come back years later softer, apologetic, and seemingly changed?
Do you forgive them? Absolutely, if that’s what gives you peace.
But do you re-friend them? Re-family them? Give them access to the newest version of you?
Maybe not.
Because sometimes people change. And sometimes they simply run out of ammunition.
This episode is about learning the difference.

Season 2, Ep. 1 Stop Spinning the Block—Same Address, Same Bullshit
Season 2 is HERE—and we’re kicking it off with a conversation about what happens when the past starts looking a little too tempting. 👀
You went back because you missed them. Because the chemistry was still there. Because enough time passed. Because you felt guilty. Because maybe this time would be different.
But what happens when you spin the block just to pull up to the same address, same problems, and same bullshit?
In the Season 2 premiere of Since Nobody Wants to Say It,we’re talking about why we reopen relationships we already closed, the difference between genuine growth and temporary change, and the uncomfortable moment when the question shifts from “Why do they keep doing this?” to“Why do I keep going back?”
Because missing somebody doesn’t mean you belong together. An apology doesn’t require reconciliation. And sometimes closure isn’t another conversation—it’s finally deciding to reroute.
🎙️Welcome to Season 2. Let’s talk about it!

Ep. 9 You're Not Loyal--You're Scared!
You're Not Loyal—You're Scared
What if the hardest relationship to leave isn't the one that's hurting you...
It's the one you've convinced yourself you have to survive.
In this episode, we're challenging one of the most celebrated traits in our culture: loyalty. Because sometimes what we call loyalty is really fear wearing a better outfit.
Fear of being alone.
Fear of starting over.
Fear of wasting time.
Fear of disappointing people.
Fear of choosing yourself.
We'll talk about why we stay in relationships that no longer nourish us, why suffering isn't proof of love, how trauma can make self-abandonment feel normal, and what it really means to be committed without sacrificing yourself.
This isn't an episode telling you to leave every relationship. It's an invitation to ask yourself an honest question:
Am I staying because this is healthy... or because I'm afraid of what happens if I leave?
If you've ever mistaken endurance for love, obligation for commitment, or fear for loyalty, this conversation is for you.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn't.
And if this episode makes you uncomfortable, don't turn it off just yet. Sometimes discomfort is the first sign that we're finally telling ourselves the truth.

Ep. 8 Time Passed Is NOT An Apology
People love to say, "Time heals all wounds." But what if time isn't the thing that's missing?
In this episode of Since Nobody Want to Say It, we're talking about why silence isn't accountability, why "it's been a while" isn't the same as "I'm sorry," and what a genuine apology actually sounds like. We unpack the difference between forgiveness and access, why people avoid taking responsibility, and why protecting your peace doesn't make you bitter. It makes you healthy.
Whether you've been waiting on an apology you'll never receive or you're learning how to own your own mistakes, this conversation is for you.
Because time doesn't apologize.
People do.

Ep. 7 Nah, I'm Not Healing From That!
Not everything you don't like about me is trauma.
Sometimes I leave. Sometimes I say no. Sometimes I cut people off. Sometimes I choose solitude. Sometimes I stop overexplaining myself. None of those automatically mean I'm broken.
This week on Since Nobody Want to Say It, we're talking about the behaviors people are always telling us to "heal"—when in reality they might just be healthy boundaries, hard-earned wisdom, or decisions that protect our peace.
Because every habit isn't a wound. Some of them are survival. Some of them are growth. And some of them are staying exactly as they are.

Ep. 6 The Wrong Person Can Love You Too Pt 2.
Love isn't enough. Neither is loyalty. Neither is effort.
We've romanticized struggle for so long that we've convinced ourselves every relationship can be saved if we just communicate better, sacrifice more, or love harder.
But what if that's a lie?
This week, we're diving into part two of unpacking one of the hardest truths to accept: no amount of work can overcome incompatibility.
Whether it's a friendship, a romantic relationship, or even family, some people aren't hurting because they refuse to put in the effort—they're hurting because they're trying to force a connection that was never designed to fit.
In this episode, we continue the talk about why chemistry isn't compatibility, how self-sacrifice can become self-abandonment, and the freedom that comes with accepting that not every relationship is meant to last.
Because sometimes walking away isn't quitting.
Sometimes it's finally telling the truth.

Ep. 4 The Call is Coming from Inside the House! Own Your Part
We love talking about what people did to us. We're not always as eager to talk about what we did to them.
This week, we're having an uncomfortable but necessary conversation about accountability. Not every failed friendship, strained family relationship, or ended romance is the result of someone else's actions. Sometimes we were defensive. Sometimes we avoided hard conversations. Sometimes we crossed boundaries, failed to communicate, or expected grace we weren't willing to give.
Growth requires the courage to look in the mirror and ask: What part did I play?
This episode isn't about shame or self-blame. It is about self-awareness. Healing doesn't just happen when we identify what hurt us. It also happens when we acknowledge how we've hurt others and choose to do better.
Accountability isn't an attack on your character. Accountability is an invitation to grow.

Ep. 3 Start Making People Earn the Right to Celebrate with You
You knew the dream. You didn't fund it, build it, or carry it. I showed you the blueprint before construction and you left before the project began. But know you're asking for an invite to the ribbon cutting?
In this episode, we're talking about the uncomfortable truth that not everyone deserves a front-row seat to your victory. Somewhere along the way, we've confused awareness with support, proximity with participation, and relation with contribution. Just because they share your last name, your history, or your space doesn't automatically earn them access to your celebration.
This conversation isn't about being ungrateful. It is about being honest. Who checked on you when there was no applause? Who encouraged you when the dream looked impossible? Who sacrificed, supported, showed up and poured into the vision before anyone knew it would succeed?
This week we dive into why invitations should be earned and why protecting your celebration may be just as important as protecting your dream.

Ep. 2 The Problem of Overrewarding Mediocrity
Are we raising confident children… or children who expect applause for simply showing up?
In this episode of Since Nobody Want to Say It, I tackle a conversation that makes many parents uncomfortable: the growing tendency to overreward mediocrity. From participation trophies to celebrating the bare minimum, have we blurred the line between encouraging our children and teaching them that effort, excellence, and accountability matter?
This isn't about being harsh or withholding love. It's about preparing our children for a world that won't always hand out rewards for attendance.

Ep. 1 Adult Attention is Not Validation
People love calling teenage girls “fast,” “mature,” or “grown” — but nobody talks enough about the adults who were comfortable desiring children in the first place.
In this first episode of Since Nobody Wants to Say It, we unpack the uncomfortable truth behind being desired by adults as a teen and why so many girls were taught to see it as validation instead of a warning sign.
From “you’re so mature for your age” to being praised for attention we should’ve never been receiving, this episode dives into the emotional aftermath of growing up too fast, confusing attention with worth, and realizing as adults that some things were never normal to begin with.
This conversation is raw, honest, uncomfortable, and necessary.
