Finding Myself Again . Grief, Motherhood , Endometriosis And Everything In Between
It’s been a little while since I’ve put an episode out, but this one feels especially honest. I talk about where I’ve been, what I’ve been navigating, the things I’ve been listening to that have helped me, and what it’s really looked like trying to find pieces of myself again while becoming a mom and learning how to live alongside grief.
It’s a long one, but there was a lot I needed to say.
I also talk about the upcoming screening, an important event for Buffalo, Rochester, and communities throughout Upstate New York. This screening brings people together to raise awareness, share stories, and create meaningful conversations around the issues that affect so many of us.
I’m honored to highlight our incredible guest speakers, who will be sharing their experiences, knowledge, and perspectives. Their voices are an important part of this conversation, and I hope you’ll join us for this meaningful event.

From Surgery Fears To Manifestation And Everything In Between
I’m sharing an update after my colonoscopy, opening up about my fears surrounding my upcoming endometriosis surgery, and talking through the questions I plan to ask my doctor before moving forward.
We also dive into postpartum body image, learning to navigate weight changes, and what it’s been like trying to feel comfortable in my body again. I touch on manifestation, grief, friendships that have changed over time, and the challenges of explaining endometriosis to the people I love. It’s such a complex disease, and sometimes it’s hard to put into words what living with it is really like.
As always, this conversation is real, unfiltered, and a little ADHD style, so we bounce around from topic to topic, but I hope you’ll feel like you’re catching up with a friend over coffee.
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, motherhood, healing, or simply trying to figure out life one day at a time, I hope this episode reminds you that you’re not alone.

Life Lately , Advocacy , Surgery And Everything In Between
This week’s episode is a true catchup. I’m sharing what’s been on my mind lately from preparing for another colonoscopy and being scared about surgery to recognizing the ways I’ve been gaslighting myself and learning to trust my own experiences.
I also chat about @everydaydose and its benifits I'm diving into Tana Mongeau podcast @brandsafepod and it really got me thinking about a lot of things . Celebrating my grandpa’s birthday, finally getting paid for the caregiving I do for him, #gardengummies , a quick ShopMy update, and a few thoughts on ADHD.
More than anything, this episode is about the importance of advocating for yourself. Whether it’s navigating chronic illness, dealing with the healthcare system, or simply learning to trust your own voice, I hope this conversation reminds you that your experiences matter.
I’m also looking for guest speakers for an upcoming screening of Endo the Cycle. If you’re passionate about endometriosis awareness, advocacy, or sharing your story, id love to connect DM Me .
