Very overwhelming interviews,my PTSD has to do with 4th of July, working through my traumas, healing with PTSD and CPTSD is a process, it my never be truly over, break the cycle, PTSD and CPTSD can come from childhood trauma, relationships, work we do among other things, these are scars, sharing is therapy, be there for one another, fix what you can and what you can't go and get someone to talk to.

Marine 25 plus years, recon unit, LEA, father, husband, married over 30 years, best friend shot himself in front of him, trauma from deployments, wife was buffer with possible PTSD as well, thought of suicide, marriage on rocks, low self esteem, constantly pushed the envelope, internal scars, reclusive, suppressing not talking doesn't fix problems, we're not alone, reach out and talk to fellow brothers and sisters, seek additional help,

Mr. M PTSD and CPTSD Interview
Army MP 2 years, Police Officer 17 years, Trainor, Aggrssive dog trainer, DOD work, Married, 3 children, son has medical conditions as well as youngest daughter, other daughter was a cutter due to things happening, LEA shooting suicide by cop, CPR on deceased child, rage, alcohol, misuse of over the counter meds, different triggers, PTSD and CPTSD are contagious, will always have the scars, now a mentor and sponsor for other folks, accountability and responsibility are two way streets.
