Hosted by Umind?! (Peggie Shangwa), this audio-visual series dives into society, culture, faith, and creativity—where art meets faith, and faith meets the fire of honesty.
Chimwemwe's mind is absolutely worth exploring, this. conversation was so good and in retrospect this coming up as one of my favourite episodes this season.
We are born of stories, long before we learn to tell our own. Before the credits roll on any film, there are years of becoming—of faith, doubt, creativity, and quiet choices that shape both the artist and the person.
In this episode of Sit With U, filmmaker, director, actress, poet, and musician Chimwemwe reflects on the stories that have shaped her life, the responsibility of telling stories with care, and the quiet hope that art can leave the world more human than we found it.

This episode marks the closing of Season 1 and the bridge into what’s next for Sit With U.
After a quiet season since December 2025 our host Umind?! returns to reflect on the journey so far — revisiting meaningful moments from Season One, including conversations with Rumbidzai Phiri, Brooke and Bryce, and the personal episode Tea Alone Sometimes.
This is not just a return — it’s a pause to honour the past season and step into the next.
Season 2 is on the way with a refreshed vision, new conversations, and a deeper expression of what Sit With U is becoming.
This is Sit With U. Conversations that sit with the soul.
