It could look like listening to audio erotica where they're talking through scenarios where somebody has this kink. It could look like talking to friends who you know are kinky. Exposing yourself multiple times to an environment that sort of is opposite of the environment where that shame took place is a really great way to rewire your system around that. Incredible. The harm is created socially and the healing is also created socially. Exactly. If we're sticking with the example of somebody's brought a kink or an interest, something they want to try, a fantasy to their partner and their partner's not into it. […]
