As I was saying before in this beautiful little intro that I just had, it's when the seller The person who owns the property typically doesn't have any mortgage on it, and they can then become the bank, sell the property to you, and you can negotiate a lot with them, meaning purchase price, length of the loan, terms of the loan, meaning interest only period, if at all, or fully amortizing.
