In this episode, I sit down with Leslie Turner to dive into her incredible journey, from her early days as a naturopathic doctor (or in forensics before that!) to the transformative work she now does as a somatic practitioner and intuitive coach.
Leslie opens up about what led her to shift paths, and why authenticity, self-awareness, and the mind-body connection are at the core of everything she does. We talk about her SEER Method, a powerful blend of somatic therapy, energetic medicine, and emotional release that she uses to help people break free from limiting beliefs and patterns. Leslie shares why listening to your body matters, how leaning into discomfort can create real growth, and the ways intuition can guide some of our biggest decisions.
She also walks me through how she’s built her business and the ways she supports clients—both personally and professionally—through deep, meaningful transformation.

80 - Kelsey R - Business and Marketing Coach
This episode is one I think every small business owner needs to hear! I sat down with Kelsey Reidl, a marketing strategist and entrepreneur who has such a grounded and refreshing approach to building a business.

79 - Goat Sport Supply with Jack W.
Another bucket list episode! And it’s a special one, becauseit’s with one of my favourite people!
I’m so proud to finally share this conversation with my husband, Jack Waples, co-owner of GOAT Sports Supply in Saugeen Shores. What started as a simple search for a hockey neck guard for our oldest quickly turned into an idea (and a dream) that’s now a full-fledged small-town sports store built on community, passion, and a whole lot of heart.
Jack and I chat about how GOAT began, what it’s really liketo run a business in a small town, and the lessons he’s learned along the way, from late nights at the shop to the incredible support of local families who’ve helped turn this dream into reality. I am so proud of what he is creating, and where he’s going to go.
I am so excited to share this one with you, it’s a great episodeabout family, teamwork, and the courage to chase something you believe in.
