[…] I want to explore that cultural shift because that's so important today. But just a couple other questions I had here related to the composition of the company. Are you self-performing work or are you doing all of it through service partners? The vast majority is going to be done through service partners. We do see value, especially here in the greater Green Bay area, of doing some self-performing. And so here in our own community, we do limited self-performing. It's not a zero, but in terms of the total scale for our company, it maybe is 2%, 3%, maybe 5% of the work that we do is self-performed, but then the majority is through a strong and I think healthy service partner network, I think, That piece for me is really important as we think about, you know, people know that so many of the sort of national companies that are doing subcontracting have such terrible reputations.
