So Much More is a podcast about healing, growth, and rediscovering who we were before the world told us who to be. Through honest conversations, soul-deep reflections, and personal stories, we create a sacred space for mental, emotional, and spiritual restoration. Join us on the journey back to authenticity—because there’s always so much more within us.
What if the answer isn’t missing… you just don’t like it?
This week, I’m joined by my husband Michael for a conversation about the solutions sitting right in front of us. From Naaman almost walking away from a simple answer, to getting comfortable with “better,” to asking God for direction and still wanting to do things our own way, we’re talking about what happens when the solution doesn’t look, feel, or cost what we expected.
Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes it requires discipline. Sometimes it requires faith. And sometimes the hardest part is admitting: I know what I need to do… I just don’t want to do THAT.
Plus, somehow we end up talking about Jonah and the whale, lipo, marriage, and whether Michael knows the So Much More outro after all this time!
It’s real, it’s a little all over the place, and somehow it all comes together.
Go live it. Go claim it. Go be So Much More.

In All My Ways Chitchat
No deep talk this week, just me. I was in the middle of prepping a more in-depth episode on spiritual hurt, and honestly, it needed more time. So instead of forcing it, I'm sitting down for some quick, unfiltered chit-chat: random thoughts, a verse that's been on repeat in my head (Proverbs 3:6, "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths"), and filtered story time! Sometimes healing doesn't look like a lesson. The deeper episode is coming. This one's just us, hanging out in between

Spiritual Health
Hey guys! Welcome back to Season 2 of So Much More.
I'm excited to kick off this season with a topic that's hitting close to home for me. It's been a long time coming. Almost a year, to be exact. But I finally have to sit with the Spiritual Hurt that's been holding me back from fully tapping in.
I'm not healed in one day. Still, I figured we could work through it together.
This one's far from finished, so make sure you come back for the next episode. Let's go. 🎙️

The Cost Of Becoming
If Unbecoming has taught me anything, it’s that growth isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about shedding everything that was never truly me! However that comes at a cost.
In the season finale, I’m putting it all into perspective. The truth is, I trust God but I still find myself disobedient to His will. There are still things I can't seem to shake. Sometimes I come off like I just want to be right, when really, I just want accountability. And honestly… I’m learning to be accountable myself.
Shortcuts won’t do it, and my Plan B won’t cut it this time. If I want progress and not delay, I have to make the change and mean it!
It’s not over, it’s just beginning. So Much More Season 2 is already brewing as you listen. In the meantime, settle into this space and reflect on where you are in your own journey the "not so messy"middle and get ready.
Go live it.
Go claim it.
Go be so much more.

The Messy Middle: Validation Pt.2
🎙️ Episode 7: The Messy Middle – Validation Pt. 2 🦋
Let’s clear something up — I’m not the same person who used to hold hate in her heart. Growth has been real, and healing has been humbling. So before y’all come for me… chill on your girl 😅
This week, we’re diving back into Validation — because there was still more to unpack. A lot was left unsaid in part 1, and while we can’t cover it all in one sitting, we’re going to fit in what we can. From the spaces we used to fill with approval to the freedom that comes from letting go, this episode picks up right where we left off — honest, messy, and full of grace.
🎧 Tune in now to The Messy Middle: Validation Pt. 2 and let’s keep this conversation going. If there’s still more to say… we’ll circle back again. 🌱

The Messy Middle: Validation
🎙️ Episode 6: The Messy Middle – Validation 🦋
This one’s a short but honest touch on something that’s been quietly living underneath it all the need to be seen, understood, and validated.
It didn’t just show up here in The Messy Middle it’s always been there. We were just too busy, too distracted, or too good at performing to notice. But now that the noise has quieted, we have no choice but to face it.
In this episode, I’m briefly unpacking what validation really means, the void we often try to fill with it, and even peeking at a few other things that might be hiding in that same empty space.
It’s a quick reflection but a necessary one because awareness is where the healing starts.
🎧 Tune into The Messy Middle: Validation now, and stay close… part two is coming soon. 🦋

The Messy Middle
"The messy middle" that space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
It’s not all pain anymore, but it’s not peace yet either. It’s the place where healing gets real, uncomfortable, and sometimes confusing. In this episode, Martia opens up about what it means to live in the in-between when you’re no longer hiding behind coping, but still learning who you are without it.
This is the part nobody prepares you for, but it’s where God does His deepest work.

Real Talk; Finding Identity
This episode embodies everything I hope to give through So Much More.
It’s honesty that tears down walls, and a raw look into how I’ve been learning to show up here — imperfect, but present. The journey has uncovered unhealed fear, but I refuse to let it destroy me. Instead, it’s shaping me into who I am becoming. 🦋
This is So Much More. 🎙️

Coping Is A Self-Made Cage
Coping isn't cute but we somehow make it look good! We all have our “go-to” moves — the habits, attitudes, and patterns we picked up just to make it through. Some of them looked strong on the outside, but inside? We were exhausted. In this episode, I’m talking about the ways we learn to cope — especially the ones that made us look put together while we were falling apart.
Survival is no longer the goal, LIVING is. We're about to cross the Unbecoming finish line. Don't miss this episode.

Denial, Trauma, And the Stories We Don’t Remember
Sometimes it’s easier to tell ourselves, “I’m fine,” than to face the weight of what we’ve been through. Denial feels safe… until it doesn’t.
In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when trauma meets denial, and the powerful shift that begins when we finally stop running from the truth. 🦋
🎧 Tune in now this might be the reminder you didn’t know you needed.

Why So Much More?
It's HERE! It's not polished, I made so many mistakes and sat in tears for days! Out of all the takes that were recorded THIS was the most authentic and though there were many hiccups the whole point of So Much More was captured. I hope you enjoy and come back for more!
