   Episode 6 is the colonoscopy follow up nobody expected. The doctor found a very large polyp. Ulcerated. Firm. A 50-50 chance it was cancer. Kim has had breast cancer before and she could not stop crying. Then the results came back benign. And she named the polyp "Pol." Pol is being evicted next month. She is ready. Kim and Karol also cover medical PTSD — why the C word hits completely different when you already survived it once, and what actually gets you through the 24 hours of waiting before the results come in. Kim and Karol get real about why colonoscopies matter — Karol's dad passed away from colon cancer and Dave's late wife was only 35 when she was diagnosed. Then they talk about the fart room (yes that is a real place, yes you have to perform before they let you leave) and pivot to Karol's misophonia a brain-based disorder that makes her want to flee the room when Tony eats with his mouth open.    She Wore Fake Eyelashes to Bed & Woke Up Looking Like a Caterpillar | Ep. 4

   Episode 4 starts with two hours of technical issues, a computer that sounded like it was about to explode, and Karol waking up at 3am to discover she had a caterpillar on her face.
