Paulee Bow talks to Gavin King aka DJ Aphrodite , the legendary British jungle and Drum & Bass pioneer.
In his early work with Urban Shakedown, he & collaborator Micky Finn pioneered the use of two hand synchronised(!) Amiga 500 computers - to create fully realised songs using 8-channels of sound.

Welcome Episode 4 of Sonic RETROCAST Episode 3 with host Paulee Alex Bow and legendary guest Robert Henke aka Monolake. He describes himself as “a toolmaking artist. Code and hardware are a source of inspiration and a necessity”
Robert is perhaps best known as the co-creator of Ableton Live alongside Gerhard Behles, as well as his musical and audio visual performances as Monolake in which he uses much of his own hardware and software.
