EP 69: What NOT to Do With Your Spirit Guides (and What to do Instead)
Do you feel like your conversation with your spirit guides is a little one-sided? You ask for guidance, you hope for a sign, and all you get is the occasional butterfly that leaves you wondering, "Was that it?"
In this episode, Summer Paradiso shares the things to stop doing with your spirit guides so the relationship can finally feel like a two-way exchange. After an event where so many intuitive people told her they felt disconnected from their guides and departed loved ones, she wanted to offer grounded, practical ways to start noticing what might be in the way.
This episode is for you if you consider yourself intuitive but feel disconnected from your guides, if you are tired of asking the universe for a sign and doubting the ones you receive, or if you are ready to stand in your own authority while staying open to support from your spirit team.

EP 68: Tantra, Embodiment, and the Sacred Remembrance with Josephine Lauer
In this conversation, Summer sits down with Josephine Lauer, a somatic intimacy coach, embodiment guide, and tantra teacher, to explore a subject we haven't touched on the podcast before. Josephine unravels what tantra actually means and how it can be reshaped to hold all of us in today's world.
Together they wander through the priestess path and the sacred remembrance so many women are feeling right now, the joy and the ache that can come with it, and the very real question of how to weave a retreat-level knowing into a life with laundry, Cheerios, and calendars. You'll also hear about the danger of staying too long in the underworld or in the high peaks, the balance of masculine structure and feminine flow, and why consent and energetic boundaries matter so much for anyone who serves others.
This episode is for the mama who feels a quiet "is this it?" stirring, the guide or coach building a soul-led business, and anyone curious about coming home to the body.

EP 67: What Are Spirit Guides, Really? A Grounded Guide to Yours
Have you ever wondered if you actually have spirit guides? Spoiler: you have them. Everyone does.
In this episode, Summer breaks down the basics of spirit guides from her experience as a psychic medium, walking through the different types of guides, the soul contracts made before you were born, and why your guides use humor to help you take yourself less seriously. She also gets into how to actually ask for support, why "should" questions send you the wrong signal, and how to build a simple yes, no, and pause system with your guides so you can start hearing them more clearly.
This episode is for anyone who's curious about spirit guides but doesn't know where to start, anyone who's been asking for signs and not noticing them, and anyone ready to trust themselves a little more while still asking for support along the way.
