On the Soul Science Segment, the Dirt Doc Glenn Wilson, combines his 40 years of experience as a scientist studying the earth with his 50+ years studying the Scriptures to provide and explain evidences for the truth of God’s Word. Podcast will focus on the creation and global flood accounts but will also cover topics from radiometric age dating to giants, aliens, the flat earth myth and national holidays. The goal is not to make the listener a creationist but to lead the listener to a personal relationship with the Creator Jesus Christ and equip believers to defend their faith in Christ.
According to the Bible, time began when God created the heavens and the earth, that is time is dependent upon the existence of space and matter. When God created Earth, it was a shapeless blob of water that was covered in darkness. Then God created light and shinned it into the darkness. Could this be a picture of salvation to come? But how could there be light when the sun, moon and stars were not created until day 4? How is this possible, what was this light, does the earth need a sun to have light? If you have a problem with there being light on the earth before the sun, then you are going to have a real problem with the new heaven and new earth that God has instore for us.
