What happens when we stop trying to control how other people see us?
In this episode of Soulfull, we dive into the uncomfortable—and surprisingly freeing—experience of allowing ourselves to be misunderstood. We talk about what it means to release the urge to explain, defend, clarify, or correct someone else's perception of who we are.
Tiffany shares honestly about a current reality in her own life and the discomfort that comes with choosing not to correct the way others perceive her. Jess brings valuable tools, wisdom, and lived experience from navigating similar seasons, offering perspective on how we can stay grounded when we aren't being seen exactly as we see ourselves.
This conversation is rich and raw. Tune in with us!

31. Full of Finding Yourself
We're always told to "find ourselves" as if there's some finished version of us waiting to be uncovered. But what if that's never been true?
In this episode, we question the idea that we have one authentic self hidden beneath the surface. We talk about how easily we're shaped by the people we love, the places we've been, and the things we consume. Maybe we're not becoming less ourselves when we absorb pieces of others. Maybe that's exactly how our true selves are formed.
This isn't an episode about being lost or finally being found… It's about discovering yourself in motion, accepting that who you are isn't something you'll one day solve, but something you'll keep meeting in new ways throughout your life.
