BONUS: Love Note Series: My Story & The Why Behind The "WE"

In this special bonus episode, Rachele, Women's Alignment Coach, steps outside the planned Love Notes series to share the deeper story behind her mission and why she created SHE.FOR.WE. This is not just another community, not just group coaching, not just a mastermind. It’s something different—something that doesn’t fit into any traditional box. Rachele opens up about her upbringing, the patterns that shaped her, the health challenges that forced her to reclaim her voice, and how all of it became the foundation for the way she leads women today. Inside this episode, you’ll hear: How childhood loss, religious conditioning, and silence shaped Rachele’s earliest patterns Why her body literally forced her to stop performing and start listening How autoimmune illness, mold, and chronic fatigue became catalysts for awakening her voice and boundaries Why so many women get sick or burn out when their words don’t match their inner truth The kind of woman SHE.FOR.WE is designed for—cycle breakers, rebels, visionaries, and those refusing to fit the mold Why SHE.FOR.WE is built differently than strategy groups, masterminds, or “boss babe” communities How your body is the compass for alignment in love, life, and business Why being seen in an intimate community accelerates leadership and sovereignty Key takeaway: “It takes courage to run your business as a woman. Courage to break cycles. Courage to stop abandoning yourself. Courage to be misunderstood, to be seen, and to lead differently. SHE.FOR.WE exists to hold you in that courage.” Connect with Rachele & Resources Join SHE.FOR.WE before October 3: only six intimate spaces open https://www.rachelekehler.com/she-for-we (https://www.rachelekehler.com/she-for-we) Learn more about Rachele’s 1:1 coaching and Human Design readings https://www.rachelekehler.com/ (https://www.rachelekehler.com/) Follow on Instagram for more conversations around women’s alignment and embodied leadership https://www.instagram.com/womensalignmentcoach/ (https://www.instagram.com/womensalignmentcoach/) ****** SHE.FOR.WE, feminine leadership, women in business, nervous system support, generational cycle breaking, rebel women, sovereignty, courage, feminine business, community for women, women in business, female entrepreurs, feminine entrepreneurs, entreprenurial mindset, visionary women, women with business, alternative business advice, feminine business support

Love Note Series To Women Leaders Part 10: Your Nervous System Is Your Compass

In part 10 of the Love Note Series, Rachele Keher, Women's Alignment Coach, brings everything home to what she sees as the missing key in women’s growth and leadership: the nervous system. This conversation challenges the idea that regulation means being calm, cool, and collected at all times. Instead, Rachele reframes it as resonance and rootedness. Like a tree swaying in the storm and returning to its trunk, your nervous system’s power lies not in avoiding disruption, but in your ability to come back. Inside this episode, you’ll hear: Why nervous system safety is the foundation for embodied leadership and sustainable business How freeze, especially functional freeze, quietly shapes how many women operate The way early childhood survival patterns still influence your nervous system today Why healing is not an endpoint but a lifelong, cyclical journey Simple practices to bring your body on board with your vision The importance of women being in community for regulation and resonance How SHE.FOR.WE supports women in building nervous system safety through live somatic practice and collective support. Key takeaway: “Your nervous system isn’t about resilience or regulation. It’s about how quickly you can come back to your own inner resonance." Love Note Series To Women Leaders Part 9: Human Design Changes The Way You're Meant To Do Love, Life & Business!

In part nine of the Love Note series, Rachele Kehler, Women's Alignment Coach, shares how Human Design can transform the way you lead, run your business, and support others. While most advice out there is geared toward Generators and Manifesting Generators (70% of the population), Rachele breaks down how different types, Manifestors, Projectors, Reflectors, and Generators alike are meant to operate in alignment. Instead of offering quick tips or heady jargon, this episode highlights what true Human Design embodiment looks like in real life: communication styles, decision-making, honouring energy cycles, and creating sustainable strategies that actually fit your unique design. Rachele also explains how she integrates Human Design inside SHE.FOR.WE, helping women experience individualized alignment within community, and why treating every client as unique is what creates the deepest results. What You’ll Hear in This Episode: Why most business advice is geared toward Generators and MGs — and why that leaves other types out Real examples of how Rachele supports Manifestors, Projectors, and Generators differently inside SheForWe Why quick-fix courses and heady HD content don’t lead to real alignment The three phases of embodiment: awareness, integration, and lived experience How undefined centers (like Identity) create patterns — and how to navigate them Why your business, leadership, and relationships expand when you honor your design How Human Design reveals the power of co-regulation and energy exchange in groups Connect with Rachele & Resources: Join SheForWe, the body-based support container where Human Design meets feminine leadership: https://www.rachelekehler.com/she-for-we (https://www.rachelekehler.com/she-for-we) Explore Human Design coaching packages and individual readings (including parent/partner readings): https://www.rachelekehler.com/human-design (https://www.rachelekehler.com/human-design) Follow Rachele on Instagram for teachings on feminine alignment, Human Design, and embodied leadership: https://www.instagram.com/womensalignmentcoach/ (https://www.instagram.com/womensalignmentcoach/) ***** Keywords: human design in business, feminine leadership, embodied human design, projectors in business, manifestors in business, generators in business, reflectors in business, nervous system regulation, human design embodiment, She.For.We, women’s empowerment, alignment in business, cycle breaker leadership, individualized coaching, authentic leadership, feminine Human Design, Human Design Types podcast
