SPAZZ is a space where I speak my truth, unpack real-life experiences, give unfiltered opinions, and occasionally talk my sh*t.
This podcast is an outlet for honesty, growth, humor, self-expression, and peace of mind. Conversations may be raw, emotional, funny, controversial, reflective — or all of the above.
I’m not here to be politically perfect. I’m here to be real. People won’t always agree with me, and that’s okay.
If you’re looking for authenticity, vulnerability, perspective, and conversations that feel human… welcome to SPAZZ.

In this episode of SPAZZ, I’m unpacking the reality that people can experience the SAME relationships, households, and environments completely differently.
From feeling emotionally alone in relationships, to growing up in homes with “two parents” but only one active parent, to siblings walking away with completely different views of the same upbringing — this conversation is about perspective, assumptions, emotional reality, and why I refuse to compare experiences with anybody.
Just because something looks good on the outside doesn’t mean it feels healthy, safe, supported, or fulfilling on the inside.
This episode is about individuality, emotional truth, and understanding that everybody’s story is different — even when the environment looks the same.

YOUR Blessings ain't for everyone
Everybody is NOT genuinely happy for you… and that’s something I had to learn the hard way.
In this episode, I’m unpacking why I’ve become more private about my goals, blessings, and next moves — especially after experiencing doubt, judgment, and subtle negativity while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree.
This conversation is about protecting your peace, recognizing projection, moving differently, and understanding that some blessings are better nurtured in private.
"Sometimes your blessings grow better in private".
Welcome to SPAZZ.
